We had the best service and he is very knowledgeable in his craft . From start to finish he and his staff were very nice and prompt. Would highly recommend.

After very high winds, our roof was a mess. We reached out to our insurance company and to Mark Thomas about needing a new roof. Mark met with the insurance inspector to get the ball rolling. We had roof materials here very fast, then the next morning roofers. His crew did a fantastic job! They cleaned up so good. Thomas Roofing got this project done pronto. Mark use to work in insurance so he knows how to communicate for the client. He is friendly. He is professional. He knows what he is doing and doesn’t delay. He responds. I highly suggest Thomas Roofing!

Still having leaks after our entire roof was replaced. We were told by Mark it was our chimney which we had removed but continued to have leaks. We even as far as hiring a home inspector who confirmed the roof was the issue. Not very responsive, doesn't return calls or emails. The water damage has continued to get worse which he says he is not responsible for. Terrible work, terrible customer service, would never recommend.
