Top notch service all around. What started as a very stressful roof issue, ended with a great experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with at M&R was professional, courteous and very caring. From my first phone call to the day of the job, they showed up when they said they would be there and went above and beyond to make sure the issues I had were addressed. The roofing crew had the job done in one day and cleaned up extremely well after the job. I would highly recommend M&R.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Xane came out and did the estimate and he was very professional. He was honest and even gave us his opinion on the color shingles that would match the rest of our existing roof. It matches perfectly! The office was very helpful with scheduling and answering all my questions. The gentlemen who came out to do the work were very polite, on time, cleaned up everything really well, and did a great job. My roof looks great and I will definitely be working with this company in the future should the need arise.

I reached out to several local service providers but received no response. However, this company responded quickly and provided a quote within a day. My gutter was repaired just two days after I approved the quote. I found them to be an excellent company to work with.

, this family owned company inspected the roof, Informed us we did not need to replace the entire roof and did the repairs within a couple of days. Their work was excellent and we especially appreciated their honesty .

I had a problem with mold in my attic. Joe took time out of his busy schedule to come and look at it. He crawled around the attic, which was well over 100 degrees at the time, and found the reasons for all the mold. He suggested what needed to be done, and we fixed the issues. We couldn't have done it without his expertise. So thankful to Joe and M&R Roofing.

They try to give the best price to their customers, their crew works fast and efficent. Any issues are resolved promptly, and their employees have a lot of patience and do their best to help! There's lots of color options and such that they give you, even suggestion what kind of roof would be good for you if you need it. They're punctual on their appointments, even when the weather isn't great. Very honest people as well, they will tell you if you don't need a new roof to save you money. They've been around for quiet a while so they aren't storm chasers, family owned.

Joe came out to advise on a puzzling situation, our back room has had dripping from the ceiling beam, usually *not* when it's raining. He wasn't the first to suggest it might be condensation, but he was the first to tell us how we can ultimately determine that. If we get a hygrometer, it will show the humidity in there. I went and got one that same day. And there was no charge for the tip!

We use many contractors in our business. M & R Roofing is top notch! They only addressed the work that needed to be done. When I asked about other issues, they did not try to do anything unnecessary. We needed just a few shingles replaced, and they returned my call within hours. They were able to fit us in the same day. Erryn was really pleasant and helpful. The repair person was quick and thorough in repairing the damaged area, and it looks great!

We called them and they were very nice people. We unfortunately couldn’t use them because we needed to go with someone that could do it the next day on a home we were selling. This company came very highly recommended from a personal friend and we appreciated how professional they were!

They came out and got my roof fixed when everyone else was "to busy". Fast and easy to deal with. Only complaint is if you want to pay online you have to call them to send you a link.

Just had my roof replaced with m&r and couldn’t be happier. I enjoyed every part of the process, which is probably a first for anything related to the home. Excellent communication, easy to work with, answered all my questions promptly (and I had a lot). I couldn’t be happier with the finished product, totally changed the look of my home. I’d recommend m&r to anyone needing a repair or replacement.

Galion, Ohio - one of your employee -Xane Rhoden from your company came over on a Saturday climb up on our roof and found the leak that was around our chimney and fixed it - he did a great job- I would recommend this company for any of your roofing needs-

I moved into my home in late 2018. Early in 2019 my wife and I discovered a bad roof leak above our foyer which was allowing buckets of water to leak in during bad rain storms. Fortunately, I had run into one of the owners of M&R during a facebook “garage sale” meet up and remembered it. I tracked them down and got a hold of them.
Everything from the inspection & estimate, to the roof work itself to the completion went super smooth. All appointments were kept. All text messages replied to promptly. I was given factual information, pictures, etc. The price quote was very reasonable and came in about $2,000-$3,000 less than my wife and I had feared it might.
My biggest fear with contractors is not knowing if I can trust them. Especially when it is a trade where I am not too knowledgeable (like roofing). Fortunately, this family/company is very much on the up and up and operates exactly the way an honest trades company should: honest, fair and thorough. Highly recommend.

I had a really hard time getting anyone to quote my roof and even follow up after coming out to look at it due to the built in box gutters. After four or five roofers flaked out on us, M&R was recommended to me. They actually followed up timely after the initial inspection and quoted a fair price. They were flexible with preference changes and are easy to get in touch with if there are any follow up issues or questions. They also coordinated with the gutter Guy which was helpful. I trust that if something goes wrong in a year they won't disappear which says a lot anymore. We are very happy with the job: our new roof is leak free, vented properly, and the shingles are down to one layer so there is less stress on the framing. Thank you guys!!

M&R replaced the roof and even helped get the chimney repaired for my 89 yr old mother and it was less stressful for her than she had feared. The job was well done and worth the price charged. We would definitely use them again.

Our roof was totally redone by M & R Roofing and Repair. They took care of the old roof, did an inspection, closed over the area where the chimney had been taken out and put a new roof on. All of this on a two story high pitch roof...no easy task. No more leaking! New roof looks great! I have personally known the owners and their family for 30+ years; they are reputable and will get the work done to your satisfaction. Call them.

M&R roofing and repairs replaced the roof on our garage from shingles to black metal, and inspected the shingles on our house and repaired some stuff that was found from last company that replaced it, cleaned/repaired & corrected our gutters and drain spouts, the quality of their work is AMAZING!!!! They’re also quick/on time, clean, good manners, will definitely hire them again.

Very reputable , well established Family Business - we’ve known their Family over 40+ years - we rarely recommend anyone - but we positively recommend M & R ! They understand how to Roof any building - correctly ! Call them !
