Each day they laid tarps along our front and back yard to catch any debris, cleaned up the yard daily, and even blew off my patios and driveway. Really went the extra mile. And to top it all off, they were affordable and cheaper than any other bid received. I would highly recommend M&M for any roof repair or replacement. Love our new roof!

I have never been so impressed by any work crew, of any sort, the way I was impressed with M&M Contracting. Great price, and great service by a more than professional crew. My roof not only needed new shingles, but was 50% rotted by age and the elements....M&M replaced 26 sheets of plywood, scraped all the old shingles off and replaced them. They did this ALL in the span of ONE working day....It looks really great, and I am so glad so many friends and family, recommended M&M.

I'm absolutely amazed at the job done by these guys. Not only did they quickly and thoroughly fix my roof they also left my yard in better condition than when they arrived. Nicely moved and reorganized my kids toys and bikes as they did their clean up. So respectful. Very rare to have a job done so beautifully and to see people go above and beyond nowadays but you get nothing less than that from M&M contracting. Thank you guys so very much.

Pride came in exactly as bid! Very responsive response to get the bid completed. Started a few days earlier than expected and job was done in one day. Great job on cleanup also.

When the bid came in, I was told they would need 30 bundles of shingles. At the time of pick-up, I was told only 32 of the color I choose were available, so they grabbed them; all just to be sure. At the end of the job, there were 9 left over, but I was not to get a refund for the seven not used on my bid. At the end of the job, trying to get everything as it was prior to the job, the difficulty in communication kept this from happening without a struggle. My spark arrester for my chimney was left askew and I gave them a couple weeks to straighten this out, I even called them a second time, but they never did. I found numerous nails in my yard and my wife ruined two tires on her car because of these nails.

We wanted to work with a locally licensed roofing company so we reached out to a knowledgeable person [our home insurance agent] who offered advice on how to navigate the process of getting bids and what to look for and what to avoid. The advice was right-on from the start of the roofing project to its conclusion. Brett Hochhalter of M&M Contracting provided us with a very competitive bid and a timeline for the project. He communicated to us the process that his crew would follow in replacing our roof and the special details that we required, a task that other roofers were unable to fulfill. On the day of the project his crew arrived at daybreak and showed that they were prepared as an experienced team to provide professional, friendly, and efficient roofing work. By the end of the day [yes, in one day], the project was completed [three roofs] and looked amazing, as Brett had predicted.

this company did the roof on my house about 7 years ago, I bought the house this summer. I noticed some shingles missing during a recent wind storm and called them and they immediately came over and repaired the issue .

M & M Did an outstanding job for us. They gave a free accurate quote, they were very fast, efficient, professional. They used heavy high quality shingles. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy crew all around.
I was raving about them to my Dad and he said they couldn't be better than the company he used because they were the best, turns out he used M & M!

Got my roof replaced about a year ago and have not had problems since. They tore down the old singles and put new ones up. They had a great price. They have also replaced some of my friends roofs so that is part of the reason I went with them. I liked how honest Brett was he even walked through the process with me and took the time to answer all of my questions and I had a lot of them. Even when I had a concern that the roof when it was done he personally came back out to look at it and make any needed adjustments. If I get another house that needs a new roof I will use him again.

This contractor should not be in business. His installers are inexperienced and he undercuts honest experienced roofers in the area. I just fixed one of his re-roofs. They shingled over rotted wood that had to be torn out, trusses fixed, re-sheeted and re-shingled. About 100 square feet of roof area was rotted underneath because of persistent leaking. Should have been fixed before a reroof! DO NOT HIRE THIS RIP OFF ARTIST!!!
