Great quality at a reasonable price. Karl was on time for our appointment and he completed the installation of our new dishwasher both quickly and efficiently. When we asked him about other projects that we would like him to do in the future, he was very honest on what projects he could complete and which ones were out of his expertise. He was very professional and we certainly will be using him in the future for other projects!

WOW ... Karl showed up early, was super efficient, and his communications before, during, and after the work he did for us just floored me! He hung a bathroom light fixture and mirror. Hands Down, one of the best handyman experiences I have EVER had! Thank you and I hope to use you a lot more often (putting my list together now LOL)

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a very nice, professional man. I called this morning, Dec. 26th around 10:30ish in distress as my husband and I were without water since Sat. the 24th. We believed our pipes were frozen and called every plumber around Lynchburg area. No results All were closed Christmas Eve, Christmas and the ones opened on Mon. the 26th, were booked for a week because of the frigid unusual weather. I called Karl Armbrust and said he was at a job not to far away and would see what he could do. By 2 pm he messaged me and was here at 2:30 pm as he said he would ! Unbelievable!!!! He crawled into our crawl space and shortly discovered our problem. Not frozen pipes but a problem with our filter. Fixed that up in a jiffy...had water and we couldn't be happier. I could only give 5 stars but I would have given him a ten ! Professional, kind, prompt and done in the hour. Very reasonable to boot !! Thank you Karl ! You were a Christmas miracle. My hot shower tonight will be extra special. As they say.....you don't miss something until it's gone.

Karl did a great job with my list of repairs. I needed some simple things that I just couldn't do myself, but also have some more complicated installs, like a security system. He was on time and consulted me for how I wanted the work done. He also repaired instead of replaced where possible to save money. I was very happy with his work and have recommended him to my family.

I used crossbow to install my washer/dryer when I moved into a rental property. Carl was so professional, arrived on time went straight to work and explained everything to me that he had done. I'd recommend this company with the highest mark. If I ever need any services again this will be my first call.

Karl went out of his way to meet me at store to inspect sink before taking delivery. Attention to detail impressive. Not a "just get it done" attitude - made sure everything was done right. Definitely would use his services again. Fair price for quality work.

Karl helped me with a job in Rustburg, VA. I was not on site while Karl performed the job, but he sent me pictures after the job was complete showing that he had finished the project completely and professionally. I look forward to working with Karl at Crossbow Services again in the near future.

Own a fairly new home with hardwood floors throughout. Our floor started making cracking sounds and was loud and annoying. Karl came in with a few ideas and was able to solve our issue. Our floor no longer is making the sound. We are very pleased.

Spent weeks searching and waiting for companies to answer a quote request or return my phone call while looking for someone who would come out and replace the roof vent boots on my house. Then I found Karl. :-) He contacted me within a couple of hours of my request and was at my house the next day. Not only did he solve that problem but replaced the kitchen sink faucet that no plumber had the time to do. His rates are fair, and his work is excellent. He'll be the first person I contact when we need work around the house.

Karl single-handedly constructed my sliding glass shower doors. He is fairly priced, very knowledgeable, HONEST, and did an outstanding job finishing up my bathroom project! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and will 100% use his services again in the future for ALL of my rental properties!!

My grandparents had some water damage in their basement and some of the paneling had to be removed. Karl did a great job painting and replacing the paneling. Very happy with the results, and we wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. Thanks Karl!

Crossbow Services, Karl Armbrust, owner, did a fine job repairing and painting my concrete front porch. It had a crack down the middle, no longer visible, and is painted a very nice brick color. I am very pleased.
