When I first spoke with a customer services rep they explained to me how the process worked, at first I was hesitant because I have never called for a estimate before and didn't know how to go about it. They explained that L & W is the tech company that keeps the general contractors organized and they would help find the materials that I wanted within budget. Then the general contractor would come out and provided me details based on the materials I selected. I'm just in a awe because they made me feel good about designing more parts of my house.

Mina designed my master bathroom floor plan and my deck area. She nailed it. It may have took her 2 weeks but overall I was impressed. Then the general contractor Cary came out and provided me an estimate I could not refuse because he stayed with my budget I provided which was about $35,000 ish. Latoria helped me pick out all of my materials before we started the construction process. I even spoke to a financial advisor about financing my project and he walked me through the steps. It took roughly 1 month for the whole process. The sub contractors were extremely over the top when cleaning up after themselves and if I had any type of complaints they fixed right away. Happy Husband happy life. :)

L&W Profection Services LLC is a fantastic company spearheaded by LaToria Bailey. Not only does she successfully operate a successful business in a male dominate field but she does it with integrity and compassion that a lot of other contractors cant possibly match. The negative review below that has the audacity to mention race goes to show that we live in a society that is quick to judge based on color. Shame on you for projecting your ignorance on America. Luckily for Tori, she dodged a bullet and didn't do your remodel because you certainly would have been critical of her work regardless of the outcome.

RUN, do not walk away from this company! I dealt with Tori on a potential full home renovation and a tight deadline. The only thing she was good at was stalling and delaying (I have my suspicions as to why) . She was terrible at communicating. She was terrible at getting the paperwork and bid we needed to move forward. The only thing she was concerned about was the amount of time she spent putting the bid together (two weeks when it should've been two DAYS) and my having "integrity". I spoke to her so many times about the same issues, she would say "okay" and wouldn't accomplish a thing I requested. She wouldn't keep me updated, yet I made it clear she could text me. I decided to walk away and it's the best move I've made. The sad thing is I found them on a Facebook group geared towards black people. To date, I haven't been able to find a contractor's license for the above company.

And if you must use them, don't allow them to finance your project. I somehow got on the phone with "Perez" and he made it clear if I defaulted, the house would be his. His tone said it all. He wasn't going to tell me it was essentially a second mortgage and he never answered my question regarding his rates.

Just stay away

Set up a time for someone to come out and give us an estimate. No one came, and we waited over an hour. However they did call us back and they explained the issue and they were very professional! They ended up coming out a few hours later and got us our estimate!

They did a great job! The owner is extremely professional and follows through well. Everyone was kind, and they LOVE THE LORD! I did not have enough materials to finish my stone project. I paid in full for the project. They still came back and finished once my stone came in. I would use them again without hesitation.

I had a great experience working with Tori and Walter. They worked quickly to update my outdoor porch to surprise my husband. Their attention to detail to paint the concrete and make it look even better than the picture I had shown them was impressive. Walter spent a long time painting and then going back over it to draw lines and sponge paint with stain every square he made to blend it and give the concrete a beautiful real wood floor look. I can't say enough about how professional and kind he was. He made sure everything was exactly like I wanted and done in timely manner. I will be working with L&W for all of my home improvement projects from now on!

This is the most amazing company. They came in and built me the most beautiful roof and screened in porch. When I first got someone to come out to give me a estimate Mrs. Tori came out and she was amazing. She gave me an estimate that I could most certainly do and she has been very active throughout the whole project with calls and coming out to look. So now I have my dream porch and a company that I know I can depend on in the future.

We had a plumbing issue at the house that had been fixed by a different company but they didn’t clean up the sewage mess from underneath the house. I called my agent Kimeo asking if he knew of anybody that cleaned this kind of mess up. He referred me to L&W profection and it’s been nothing but a blessing. The owner came out and looked at the problem she solved half the problem and had her tech Walther finish the job. Both were beyond professional and so kind, it wasn’t just a “job” for them it was personal like family wanting to take care of family. After Walther finished his job he saw my husband working on his project for the day and was struggling lol and Walther with no hesitation said he could do that job too! #winning...L&W came in quickly solved the issue and was amazing at communicating everything step by step for me. If we ever need anything done for our home L&W will be the first person I call I know with them I can trust them with their word and being around my family. I just have nothing but good things to say about this company...

We were shocked what a rental company told us we had to do to move out. I was given L&W Profection's phone number, from the first phone call to the walk through was a wonderful experience. I would recommend it to anyone who needs stuff done at their house!!

No matter what came up we communicated and worked through the situation. I was very stressed and they managed to keep me calm and work through it.

Do not call this company!! Very unprofessional, and not dependable at all! I've literally been waiting for them to show up for 3 days and still nothing! Communication is key, and a phone call to just say hey we got tied up goes along way. Especially when your looking to spend thousands of dollars. Dont waste your time or effort with these folks. Integrity is not a priority for them. Neither is customer service apparently.

I am a Realtor in Nashville and had a client in a major bind for a repair that was not completed the day before closing. Tori had a crew to the property within a few hours and repair completed SAME DAY! Quality of work is just as great as their quality of professionalism. 10/10 recommend!

I was totally surprised when these two ladies knocked on my door to come give me an estimate for painting my home. They were professional, thorough, and always responded in a timely matter when i reached out. The paint job looked great and the workers were friendly and worked pretty fast. Everyone that comes into the house stated that it looks like a totally different place. Thank you L&W for being apart of this process for me. Moving can be stressful in itself, but you and your team made this process a lot easier!!!

Our company worked with Tori at L&W for about a year at 2 of our TN locations. During that time I can unequivocally attest that she, along with her Accounts Manager, Jasmine, went above & beyond to accommodate us and to provide the services and the personnel we needed to meet our customers' needs, often on short notice. They are both very hands-on and accessible, which we often do not find these days. The employees they provided to us did a really good job, and with few exceptions, were punctual and on the job. If there was a problem it was communicated to us and addressed. Jasmine was great at touching base with us weekly to keep us abreast of anything we needed to be aware of. Communication is key and we had that with Tori & Jasmine. Should we again get to a point where we need to fill a void L&W will be our first call. Thank you Tori, Jasmine & Candice for your attentiveness and commitment to providing us with exceptional service and exceeding our expectations.

First Baptist Church of Murfreesboro, TN is absolutely pleased with the work that was done by L&W Profection Services. Ms. Latoria Bailey (CEO & President) was referred to the church , after contacting her she was prompt with the initial visit. The projects for the church were painting 14 ft pillers, adding drywall, electrical and installing a commercial door. The bid was sent immediately and the crew arrived professionally the next week. During the project Ms Latoria was always there answering any questions and giving wonderful suggestions. L &W Profection Services will definitely be a continued go to for future jobs at First Baptist Church. I will highly recommend this company to others for their professionalism , promptness, and compassion.
