I have been going to Lube Rack Kings since they opened. The guys ( Justin, Jordan, Randy) are all awesome and knowledgeable. They are fair, and wont take advantage of peope who are ignorate about cars. Jordan aka brandon always finds the probelms with my car. Justin (the owner) is always there and knows everything about cars, Randy is always the first one to work, knows cars, and is so nice. They are patient when explaining what is wrong with your car. Any problem I have ever had was fixed in a timely manner. All of my questions were answered. The atmosphere is friendly. I will always bring my cars here and highly recommend bringing your car to get serviced here. Also they are one of the best for transmission work.

Went here following a recommendation from a friend, and am very glad that I did. I came in early on a Saturday morning for an oil change and they had me in and out in no time. I went ahead and scheduled new tires as I was immediately comfortable with their demeanor and ability. On my way out, had a brake light relay issue that Justin helped to fix. I just wanted to relay my own recommendation, will certainly be going there again!

They are great, fair price. Fixed my car when no one else would touch it. Got it fixed really fast

We were on the way out of town and our tire suddenly went flat. I called Justin and he got us taken care of right away. We were in and out and on the way to the airport in 10 minutes. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

These guys are phenomenal, had my volvo xc60 towed there. It has never driven better. Great people, great work, great price. I've got 3 more vehicles I'm planning to take to them. I cant say enough good things about them.

I went here for a oil change on my way into town. The shop owner was very personable, technicians all certified and knowledgeable, and price was low. I highly recommend this shop local shop to anybody in the area or those just passing by.

Justin is awesome!! if you require anything done on your car, please go!! I thought my car needed just the valve cover gasket and a radiator hose, but turns out I needed the water pump as well. Got all that, and oil change, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was drivable and safe!! I really appreciate this business, I will totally be coming back when I need more work done! Also, super affordable!

These people are just wonderful. I highly recommend them. I was having a issue with my front wheel assembly, they fixed it, it drives great and they have been letting me pay the repair off month to month since I'm on a fixed income. Most places would never do that. They are friendly, super nice and I couldn't ask for better people to work on my car. They have a customer for life. Plus today, when I'd normally come in to pay my bill, I wasn't feeling well and I called to tell them I'd be in tomorrow if I was feeling better and if not I'd call them and Justin was ok with it. How many places would do that? Not many I'm sure. You can't go wrong coming here for a car repair. I'm so glad I found them.

Friendly people, fast service, and reasonable prices. As an added bonus, they have a very cute puppy in their lobby. Not much more you can ask for!

Strongly recommend this shop i come all the way from the south end of louisville to LRK for automotive repairs and services. Friendly employees and extremely knowledgeable and helpful plus cheaper and better work than anything in Jefferson county by far . 100% will be using them in the future.

I had my tires replaced, wheels aligned and balanced, oil changed, rear differential serviced, transmission serviced, brakes and rotors replaced, and rear suspension replaced all in one day no problem. AND they figured out this solenoid issue behind my dash within minutes that was driving me up a wall for over a year with its constant clicking and tapping. They have a warm welcoming staff at the door and very broad and professional spectrum of knowledge between the guys in the shop and I wouldn’t let anyone else work on my truck. Awesome job!

Great place to have your vehicle work done great locally owned business great family the owner is a great guy he helped my son drop a motor in his truck showed him how to do it highly recommend stop by and ask to see Justin or one of the other great mechanics

Worst mechanic shop I've ever used the receptionist is unpeefessional. Mechanic did not diagnose the problem for my vehicle or do any work on my vehicle but tried to charge me a ridiculous amount just to diagnose it (over $300 )When I asked if I owed anything the receptionis told me that I could pick it up I didn't have an outstanding balance I could pick it up I wanted to take it somewhere else for a second opinion upon pickup they tried to say they worked on for an hour and I owed them over $100 when I called them out for lying to me they gave my keys over to me but the headache of the whole experience will not make me a repeat customer. If you get any work done here I would get a second opinion for sure because I got my car fixed for half of what they were asking just to look at it.
