One of the hottest days of the year and our air conditioner quit working. Looked up air conditioner repairs and started reading reviews.
Loyal plumbing had by far the best and the most positive reviews, so I gave them a call. They were here within 4 hours from the time I called. Craig went right to work to evaluate the issues. Once he was done with that he gave me the estimate which I found reasonable so gave him the go ahead. After the work was done, he came back and gave me more info to maintain my unit to get the best life span out of it and brought to light a program they offer for yearly maintenance. I paid right there with my credit card and he was gone. Maybe 45 mins total from start to finish. I also enjoyed talking about the many things happening these days that just aren't the way they used to be. I would recommend Loyal Plumbing to anyone needing an honest, professional and reasonable heating and cooling technician. Thanks again!

They were able to get to the house early the next day! Craig was really great. He was knowledgeable and explained everything really well! Sometimes I feel like companies try to upsell everything and he did not do that but was able to explain and tell me the things that needed to be replaced! He was great!!!

Just friendly over all. They came out, very quickly at the end of, what I’m sure, was a long Friday, and was willing to do what ever it took to get my heater up and running, too bad supply houses were closed, or I’d be up and running. But he would have completed the work late on a Friday if the part was there. Just a good guy.

He did not find anything wrong but did a good job of checking for issues and we are running a test on a possible check valve allowing back flow through the hot water circulation system.

I had previously left a good review with this company, as I had a very pleasant experience with them. I called them out to take a look at my water heater, and let them know in advance what was going on with it. The guys who came to look at it were very nice and friendly, however, they were not prepared at all. I needed a new thermocouple, which is a common thing to need to be replaced, and they didnt have one, which is totally fine. The problem was they didnt pull out the whole burner unit to inspect the whole thing before diagnosing the problem. They came back with a new thermocouple, and the mechanic didnt even attempt to connect it before telling me I needed a completely new burner unit. They didn't have one with them and had to run back into town to grab one. In total, they spent about an hour just having to drive into town to get the parts. I found it extremely frustrating that there was no sense of preparedness. Not to mention, the labor costs added onto the price of parts was ridiculous (I needed a new expansion tank and they charged me over $300 in labor, and in total spent close to $1000 for a new burner unit and expansion tank, I could have bought a new water heater for less). I had called to talk to a manager about my frustration, and the manager who I spoke with was unprofessional, unsympathetic, and made me feel stupid for coming to them with a complaint, I hung up on the call because I knew nothing would come of the conversation after being put on hold. The mechanics are extremely friendly, and got me in for an appointment quick which I appreciate, however, I don't think I will be using them in the future, nor recommending them to others due to efficiency and astronomical costs.

They did a great job fixing leaking waterheater lines. Very respectful and polite. Explained everything and got the job done quickly and without making a mess.

Loyal plumbing took my call, got me scheduled and is now doing repairs in a timely fashion! Very transparent and friendly!

WOW! My AC went down and a friend called Loyal for me. (The company he uses.) Stephen Mcintyre was the tech who came to do the work. Can't tell you how impressed I was! He was the absolute nicest young man! VERY professional with rare work ethics! He had the problem nailed down and fixed in 15 minutes! He recommended surge protectors to prevent it again, which I will do. I will also be joining their Service Membership. If and when I need AC work done again, I WILL be calling Loyal and I WILL request Stephen Mcintyre! Your employees MAKE your company and Stephen is proof of that!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Unfortunately, my experience with Loyal has been extremely frustrating.

A few weeks ago, I contacted them due to water pooling on our laundry room floor. Two techs came out but couldn’t determine the cause. They guessed it was the water heater and quoted us $3,500 for a replacement. We got a second quote, had it replaced elsewhere for $2,100, but the water issue continued. A different company later found the actual cause: a disconnected condensate hose, which they fixed quickly.

Less than 48 hours ago, we had our entire AC system replaced by Loyal. Less than 24 hours later, water was leaking, this time from the condensate pump they had just installed.

I called immediately and was told they couldn’t come until Tuesday. I called again on Sunday morning, explaining the urgency. The leak is ongoing, it is a brand new install, and we cannot run our AC without risking more water damage. It is 95 degrees today, and we have no working air conditioning because of this issue.

Now I’ve been told they might be able to get someone here by Monday, but there is no guarantee. We are stuck in the heat, managing yet another leak, after spending thousands of dollars.

This has been a series of misdiagnoses, poor communication, and delays. At this point, we are simply asking for accountability and urgency. We trusted this company with a major investment in our home, and so far, it has only created more stress, and potentially thousands of dollars in water damage to our newly installed floors.

Russell and Josh installed a mini-split in our home and it all went so well! They even fixed an unrelated item while they were there. I am so thankful!

Really happy with all the help received from Loyal Plumbing. They were able to come to the property within 24 hours and were very knowledgeable about what the problem could be. Joe and his partner did an outstanding job installing my pressure-reducing valve (PRV). They were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated how they took the time to clean everything up—leaving the space spotless, like they were never even there.

The office staff was also fantastic—friendly, efficient, and clear in setting expectations for the day of service. Everything went exactly as planned.

I’m looking forward to working with the Loyal Plumbing team again when it’s time to install our water softener and update the water heater. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed meeting with Jeff! He was very knowledgeable and was direct and was able to answer any question I had for him! He didn’t try to sell me a line of B.S. on different products I don’t need for the house! I very much appreciate that!!! I look forward to possibly doing business with them in the future!!! Had a new furnace and ac installed by Drew and Zach, they were very professional on time and very hard working individuals couldn’t have asked for a better crew! With the new install they realized the ac compressor wasn’t working properly so they replaced the new one immediately the same day! I was impressed! Now everything is working properly! I think the price was a little high... for 45 minutes labor and parts!

We called Loyal Plumbing to fix a sewage pipe that was leaking. They scheduled us for a Thursday but then had an opening on Wednesday and called to see if we wanted it. They called when they were on their way and showed up on time. Zack was very friendly and professional and got the work done quickly. He also cleaned up after he was done. We would definitely recommend Loyal Plumbing and will use them for any plumbing needs in the future.

Had no hot water on a Friday. Called the company around noon and within an hour had Anthony out to assess the situation. He was able to take care of our situation and install a new system, said he could get it done same day if we didn’t mind him working a bit late. I Didn’t mind at all. They got the job done and had us back up and running with hot water within a couple hours. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Prompt, friendly service. Josh and his apprentice were very courteous and helpful in identifying our sump pump issue in a timely manner.

I first used Loyal three or four years ago. I was very pleased with the quality of work and their timelininess. The price charged for the work, at that time, while a bit high, was fair. I just had them do some more work on my home. The work was done well, and efficiently. However, the price that was charged was, to say the least, exorbinant. I paid it because getting another plumber to do the work in this town proved to be more than difficult. That doesn't excuse charging inflated service fees. Sorry, Loyal, I can't afford you.

I Had called 4 different plumbing companies for a week. One of them was a no show. Called Loyal plumbing they came within a matter of hours and fixed my plumbing problems, and cleaned up the mess afterwards. I would highly recommend them.

I had a hot water problem over the weekend and called loyal plumbing to leave a message. When I called Monday, Anthony said he had a spot on his schedule and would be out early afternoon. Boy was I surprised! excellent job and now I have hot water.

Loyal plumbing had a crew sent out same day to see if they could locate a leak for me. Turns out there was no leak from any plumbing and they made sure everything was working properly! They also let me know of some roots coming in around my foundation (and took pictures) that I would not have known about had I not called them. Definitely recommend these guys! :)

Showed up when he said he would. Went right to work and had diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. Gave a comprehensive explanation of what was wrong and what had to be done to fix it. Friendly fella.

Every experience with Loyal plumbing has been great for us. They’re fast and communicate well. This time around Joe came in and saved the day with a water heater that was having intermittent issues. A quick diagnosis revealed the most likely issue and it was fixed in no time, plus extra parts ordered under warranty to have on hand in case there are more issues in the future. As always, Loyal plumbing did an awesome job fixing our leaks. We previously had them install a new bathtub/shower for us.
