We had a great experience from the initial assessment through the final repairs. As adjustments were made due to additional damage discovered after the truck was disassembled, there were additional delays as more parts were needed to finish the job properly. Throughout the process, ABRA kept us apprised of the status of the repairs so that there were no surprised. Everything came together fine and the final product looks great!

My wife's car was hit by someone who ran a red light. Me being new to the area, reviews is why I chose ABRA. They were great from the beginning. They were able to get an estimate within 2 days and got the parts ordered. The parts came in at different times, they put the parts on as they came in. During installation they noticed a leak that was only there when the car was running. They immediately had the car towed to Honda to get the leak fixed. Communication was great, every time I called I was able to get updates. Ken was AWESOME!

Abra was great to me. Very professional. Shawn was helpful from the beginning to the end. They even cleaned both the inside and outside of my car, and it needed it. Lol.

Car looks awesome!! Longest wait was for the estimate but even that wasn’t too bed. After that was done they got it right in and got the work done. I was amazed - they even cleaned the INSIDE of the car, including two of the grossest floor mats you’ve ever seen(combination of 7-Up and popcorn). Car looks great!

Everything went great from the estimate to the final products with great communication and ABRA made it easy to work with insurance. However, final end product was not what I expected. I can easily see where the repair was made on the rear door and the paint is severely mottled. I was told that is what the Sherman Williams paint does. I expected my vehicle to come back in a condition that I or someone else couldn’t tell that repairs have been made.

An honest, professional and knowledgeable staff safeguarded me against an insurance company trying to lowball my claim. Will trust my vehicle repairs to ABRA indefinitely.

They are very courteous. The claims adjuster was very, very, very helpful nice polite he has made us abilities, and we look forward to working with them in the future.
