I would highly recommend Lowe Construction for new home builds and any type of renovation or remodeling. They are honest and up front with everything. Mike is easy to talk to and gave recommendations where they were needed and saved us time and money on things we thought we had to do. We hired them finish up our Granite Counter tops and to install our carpet. We were called to set up a time for them to come out and measure for each project. They showed up on time and the completed project's were perfect. If you want a beautiful project started or finished Lowe Construction is your go to for any type of project.

Lowe Construction is the best. As a builder of numerous homes myself, I chose using Lowe to construct our new home given that I'm now retired and didn't want to dedicate the next 9 months of retirement to another job. Since I had a career in General Contracting (primarily industrial/commercial construction and development with one company), I had a little experience to bring to the table. Lowe Construction is extremely fair and is as responsive as is possible. They always "do the right thing". We have used them for 3 significant jobs: New Home, New Pool, and significant upgrades to a 28 year old second home I built for myself 28 years ago. These 3 significant jobs all have been successfully completed beginning July, '18 through January '21. And if I have another job (likely), I WILL USE LOWE AGAIN!

I have been in a few of their houses at the end of renovations and new construction and found the quality to be top notch.

One will do well to hire these folks! They built us a beautiful home to retire to. In doing so they tolerated city codes, changes, my engineer husband and very particular Me always with a “we can do that”. Great folks build a dream of a house for us. Honest, dependable and always professional.

Dumpster was extremely responsive and very professional! Dumpster were of good quality and actually hold debris unlike most! Very affordable rates I highly recommend!!

I hired Lowe construction to build my home. They made the entire process easy and there was no detail left undone. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Best decision I made on my home was hiring Lowe Construction. I would highly recommend them to anyone building or renovating their home. This is the second home Lowe Construction has built for me. Everything I asked for, I received. My house is perfect. My house was built handicap accessible with railings at the doors and extra wide steps. My pool and hot tub is the perfect size. The back porch area is fully screened. I requested a lot of additions and changes after the build was started. Lowe Construction went above and beyond to accommodate me. I highly recommend Lowe Construction for all building needs.

Dumpster service is on point! Competitive pricing and quick service. Dumpsters are nice and not an eye sore like most other containers. Highly recommended!

Do not use Chad as your builder. We have had more issues in this house, which was new, versus any of our other older houses. Roof has leaked twice, both showers through the wall/floors, cracks in the walls from where the house wasn't properly braced, and endless other issues I don't have the mental capacity to address due to the frustrations I've dealt with due to the sloppy work. He built a few houses in my neighborhood and I know some had to jackhammer the floors up within months due to leaks, one has a lawsuit against him. I will say the houses look the best but boy is it not worth the stress and money you'll be spending fixing all the issues. They don't call back and they don't follow through with things they say they will.
