Jack has provided immeasurable value in doing the work that is too complex for the average homeowner, but not large enough for the time of a larger construction company.

He has rebuilt our entire garage platform — a 20+ foot landing area and stairway that provides easy access from our garage to our home. This build was a much needed replacement! Most recently, Jack completed a 20+ ft wrap around workbench along the edge of the garage, which has provided ample storage space and utility.

Beyond the larger projects, Jack has helped us with other tasks in and around the house, including caulking, siding, painting, basic plumbing, and hauling. Moreover, Jack is great at general problem solving — during a recent cold snap he helped fortify and fix our dog door to stop a persistent cold air leak. Last summer, he also helped us install an address plate into a large boulder in the front.  Jack can do it all!

Jack and his team helped me with a few tasks around one of my rental properties. He and his team installed a new bathroom vent in one of the units, installed a new showerhead, painted various rooms, replaced trim boards, installed new blinds, and did drywall repair on certain areas.

In his approach, Jack was very communicative and timely in his responses. His team worked quickly, and made sure all aspects of the job were finished before completing the work. I would 100% use them again in the future.
