Our roof suffered extensive damage from a storm and after doing some research, looking for quotes, and being overwhelmed and disenfranchised with the insurance system, we asked some trusted friends and they all came back with "Call Russ." We called Russ and literally he took care of everything. His quote was better than everyone else's and he talked and walked us through the whole process. Lorenz roofing worked around our hectic schedule. They showed up early and the crew worked tirelessly in North Texas July Heat and completed our complex, high roof in one day. The roof looks great - they redecked where necessary, used great materials (shingles and vents), and cleaned up immaculately. I found 1 nail in a flower bed under our shrubs - that's it! A couple of shingles left black marks on the walls, but the next day some crew members returned and cleaned it off - they would have that day, but they ran out of daylight. Russ came back out to inspect the work and reviewed the whole process with us. Lorenz roofing worked out flexible payments and warranteed their work. Hands down the best experience I've had with a contractor in North Texas. I recommend Lorenz roofing to anyone needing a roof.
