Used to be the best, albeit most expensive, roofers in Santa Fe, but post Covid they lost key staff like supervisor Chris Trujillo, and don't have sufficient crews to fulfill contracts. They charged an eye watering amount to replace half my roof, then took 5 months to do the work. It's been another 6 months since I paid a deposit to have Lopez foam my new rooftop HVAC ductwork and can't get a response. Sad to say I no longer recommend this firm.
Approximately 7 years ago this company installed a foam roof on my home. They did a good job and the roof has held up as expected. My complaint is that NO ONE WILL RESPOND to my calls. I called last week and spoke with Liz, the office manager, asking for someone to do an annual inspection per my warranty. I was told the inspector would get back to me Friday or Monday at the latest to set up an appointment. No one called. Thus began my daily calls to try to set up an appointment. They are not even answering the phone, and certainly have not responded to my messages. I have not been rude.
Their installation may be good, but their customer service and follow up is AWFUL. DO NOT use this company.
