LOPCO put a new front porch on at my Dad's place and from start to finish everyone was professional and went above and beyond. The quote and pricing was easy to understand and accurate. The communication was excellent every step of the way and the final product was fantastic. The guys doing the work were meticulous and cleaned up everything, they kept us informed about everything and made sure my Dad was pleased with everything from materials to workmanship. We couldn't be any happier with LOPCO and would absolutely recommend them and use them for future projects.

LAPCO Contracting completed my fourth project with them today. They have painted the ceiling and walls in two bedrooms, the walls and ceiling in my kitchen and today completed the ceiling and walls in my dining room and living room. Last year 4 outside doors were replaced, one of them being an outdated front door changed to a beautiful glass and wood green door. Looking back now, that in itself was not an easy task but they got it done with no problems. Every contractor was professional, pleasant, and very quiet There were times when I had to peek into the room to see if they were still here. LOPCO is my “go to first” contractor.. The old saying is true, “YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR”. Give them a call if you want a job well done..

Tom gave us a reasonable price for the repair of some deteriorating exterior siding and rotting trim boards on our house, Over the course of two days, his team consisting of Roberto J., Wellington G. and Ramon M., did a fantastic job with the repairs. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of the work, and perhaps more importantly, with the guys who did it. They went above and beyond, by fixing a jammed 2nd floor bathroom vent on the side of the house, which was not in the scope of work.

I've decided that when we install hardwood flooring and repaint the interior in the near future, I'm going to call Tom Lopatoski.

LOPCO Contracting did an amazing job painting the exterior of our newly renovated non-profit facility. LOPCO is well known for their expertise in painting, but what you might not know is that provide “graduate” level carpentry service too. The LOPCO team fixed a badly installed sliding glass door installed by the homeowner (me) and now it opens, closes and seals like new. Five stars are not enough!

Couldn’t have been better. We had interior painting done, received a fair quote from Tom, the owner. Within a week, Gabriel was at our home to begin. His crew worked fast but paid attention to detail, and the end result is spectacular.

We had Lopco come in to fix a bathroom ceiling. The ceiling was plaster with calcimine in it. To fix it the ceiling needed new board and to be plastered. The service manager came with the plasterer to introduce him. The plasterers were friendly, neat and courteous. They finished the job ahead of schedule and when they were done they cleaned up so well you could not tell they had been in the house. When the job was finished I was contacted by both the service manager and the owner to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Lopco and would not hesitate to use them again.

I used LOPCO for a bulkhead replacement. They replaced a rotting wooden frame with a custom, steel fitting. I understood from the beginning that the process of getting the custom door built would take a while. It was worth the wait!

To me, the sign of the great business came when I emailed Tom, the owner, about a month before I was expecting to have the new bulkhead installed. I sent him photos and let him know that someone attempted to break in through my old, rotted bulkhead entrance. He responded to me immediately and fast-tracked my installation to just a couple days later.

In general, Tom was incredibly responsive. It's clear that he takes great pride in his business and the work that his team does. He followed up with me as soon as the crew finished to make sure I was happy with everything. I mentioned that my eye is untrained, so I assumed so! Tom came by himself to make sure everything was perfect.

I'm already talking to Tom about my next project!

There were many choices of choosing a painting contractor. We are very fussy on who we hire / it’s our home! The transformation and finished painting was absolutely stunning. It has changed the entire look of our home interior to a clean, bright modern look. We want to recognize Mark / our LOPCO interior painter. Mark has a professional & detailed approach to his work. The prep work that he performed on the existing doors was key to a beautiful painted white finish. The amazing thing to us is how neat & meticulous Mark was in his painting skills……not a drop of white paint on our oak hardware floors when he was finished.

We will be looking to change out our interior paint colors next and will be calling Tom / LOPCO Contracting to perform the work……foolish not to, especially on how beautiful our doors look now!

Recently my husband and I decided to have our living room painted. it was in pretty bad shape since it had been awhile and the last time it was painted we had painted it ourselves. there was a crack in our ceiling that also needed to be fixed. We asked around to no avail. we kept hearing commercials from Tara on wpro am. we decided to give it a try. we called Tom and he was very responsive and easy to reach. He made an appt. to come to look at the job and give us an estimate. I thought it was a little high but i have learned the hard way you get what you pay for.
He is very busy so you do have to wait awhile. When Tom called and said he could do it i was very pleased. His crew arrived and started the job. i cannot say enough about his crew. they were informative, pleasant, and very competent. when the job was done we could not believe our eyes. we had a brand new room. they also cleaned up every day and i mean cleaned. All we had to do was wait for the paint to dry and move our furniture back in. Would we hire Lopco again? you bet we would. In this day and age it is not easy to find a company like this. They do what they say they will and they do it expertly. Like i said before you get what you pay for!

I contracted to have the house shutters painted as well as painting two storm doors, three exterior doors and an overhang above the side door. While this year has been extremely rainy, the lag time to get the job done was longer than I expected. When the job was done, the quality of the painting was fine - neat with good cleanup.

There was one glitch with the job. The painter painted over the front panel of the overhang even though wood rot was revealed when he was scraping old paint. When I brought it to Tom’s attention, it was immediately addressed. The next day, a team removed the bad wood, cut a new one, primed it, put it in place and then painted it. This is the response that I expect from a reputable company and Tom proved to me that he can be trusted to ensure a quality job.

LOPCO provided outstanding preparation services (power wash, roof mold remediation and minor repairs) prior to the staining/painting of all exterior surfaces of my home. LOPCO also installed new gutters and a unique system called BottleBrush to keep the gutters clean throughout the year. Tom Lapatosky is affable and professional. His written proposal and contract were easy to understand. The outstanding teamwork of supervisors and work crews was amazing to observe. They were friendly, accommodating and professional at all times. I strongly recommend LOPCO for your home projects.

We had a few rotted window sills, I called Lopco based on the commercials and online reviews to receive an estimate. It took a little bit too schedule the call, however they really streamlined the process by having us send pictures of the damage and then having the call with Tom to chat about the damage and what's would be needed to repair. I also expalined that we were in a bit of a time crunch as the indoor repairs were about to begin and we needed to repair the outside damage where water had been getting in and damaged a joist. I was pleasantly surprised when he was able to schedule a carpenter to come out the next morning!

The Carpenter, Don did a wonderful job repairing the exterior window sills and repairing the trim around one window that was damaged as well. Super polite, explained the work, the damage and repairs were done by the afternoon! Super happy with the team at LOPCO.

Lopco was well recommended to us and lived up to their recommendation. We needed high-end custom made shutters installed on our 120 year old historic home and Lopco did a fantastic job getting the job done in an efficient manner and within our desired timeline. I particularly appreciated how responsive and easy to communicate with Tom was. Our project was relatively small but required experience and attention to detail and Lopco executed the installation perfectly and in a highly organized way. Highly recommend their services.

I had a tree take out a large portion of my deck in October and struggled with getting contractors to show up and quote it.

I got Lopco’s name and called their office. They setup a specific time for a phone call to talk about the work and then scheduled a exact time for on site quote. Tom showed up on time and did a formal proposal on the spot after taking pictures and assessing. You will struggle to find efficiency like this 99% of the time. I had a printed professional quote within 2 hours.

I signed on that day after agreeing to the price and scope of work. The project took a little time as its outdoors and we were fighting winter but everything came out great. Lopco also helped supply documentation and photos to help get some insurance money that was retained. Great experience. Would certainly hire them again.

I have always heard the advertisements on WPRO. When I purchased my condo, I called LOPCO Contracting. From soup to nuts, the service was great. Tom gave me a reasonable price and his team did an outstanding job. They are my go to folks going forward for any renovations/repairs/painting going forward.

We highly recommend LOPCO for interior house painting. We learned of them via a radio ad – and after Tom submitted a bid that we felt was fair, we hired them. Not having worked with them before, and not knowing anything more about them than what was in the ad, we were of course concerned about the project at the outset. Hired Lopco Contracting to power wash my house. My house has vinyl siding and certain sides have mold build up. The workers showed up when expected. They were courteous and took the time to carefully move my flower pots and furniture on the deck to protect them. The house came out great

Tom Lopatosky and Lopco Contracting is by far, above the rest! I have known him for over 10 years, and know him to be the hardest working, passionate, skilled professional in his field. His attention to detail in analyzing your home's needs then completing the task to the utmost detail is unmatched in any company that I have worked with in my 38 year career in interior design and decorating.
This year I hired LopCo for 2 projects for my own home that were sorely overdue! On the exterior, my vinyl-sided home needed Powerwashing. The job was not just adequate, but his workers (at his encouragement) cleaned out all the gutters, even on the second story. My husband was extremely surprised and delighted!
On the interior, I had a bedroom, hall and stairwell that needed to be cleaned and freshened with new paint for walls, trim work and doors. Tom's A1 Man spent numerous days prepping the walls (with great diligence) since they had been faux-finished with a wallpaper border. The work was tedious, but his contractor never wavered from the hard work (in the heat of the summer), appearing daily at the promised hour to get the surfaces ready for the next contractor whom I had hired to install new carpeting in those areas. As the promised time for carpet installation was close, Tom brought in additional workers who helped to bring the painting to completion in the nick of time. The results are exceptional, and I am delighted with how the project turned out.
Tom's workers are as professional as he is and they work as a team to insure that the work has been completed to the highest degree of satisfaction, not so much by the sometimes unknowing homeowner, but to the skilled pros that they are. From start to finish, working with LOPCO Contracting has been a great experience. Over the last five years, we have had LOPCO handle several jobs, large and small, on our Benefit Street property. The jobs ranged in scope from simply shortening doors to complete window replacements and exterior painting.

Once again LOPCO has performed staining/painting on my home. This time it included professional color consulting, washing, sanding, trim repair and carpentry changes. They far exceeded my expectations. Their attention to details resulted in a very high quality result.

This is the third time that we had Tom and his team do work on our home in the last seven years, from pressure washing to interior painting. After extensive correspondence, this company came to do an estimate of a job. After much run around, he asked for pictures and details beforehand and gave a rough estimate. He also agreed to talk with us about other jobs we had in mind while on site, all for a fee of $150. Apparently he charges for estimates because some people have them in and then don't hire them for the job. Well, no wonder. Day of, he says he can't talk about any other jobs and also re-estimates the first job at twice as much as the original number.

I have been waiting to work with Tom for a while, I have always seen him around town and his crew on different job sites and impressed with his work. After one of the latest storms we had with intense wind and rain our guest house ended up with water damage in the ceiling and walls. I was out of town on business and it needed to be done by I knew I could trust. So I gave Tom a call, he came out and got us a quote and started the work while I was out of town. From the roof repairs, to the gutters cleaned out, to gutter brushes put in, to the ceiling sheetrock repaired to the whole room top to bottom painted it was done in such a timely manner. His crew was fantastic, having his crew there around my family while I was out of town was a relief as safety is always one of the concerns when I travel. When determining which contractor to go with, there were three things integral to our choice - ease, quality and value. As the job required not only paint, but also moderate carpentry work and a new seamless gutter system; we frankly did not want to be coordinating with two or three contractors' schedules, etc. LOPCO Contracting addressed all items for the house, making the process so much easier. The balance between quality and value can be quantified in many ways, especially when quotes vary so wildly. Quite simply, we felt as though the job was worth every dollar spent - and we're both quite particular.

And while not something we initially considered, we felt it worth mentioning that all those who we worked with are great guys - a sentiment also shared by our 22-month-old daughter (the greatest of all tests).
