Long Home did an amazing job on my tub to shower conversion. The salesman was on time, informative, and very helpful throughout the whole process. I couldn’t believe it was all done in just one day!! The install crew were great from start to finish, making sure my house was treated with respect and care while they were here. I can’t wait to have them back out to handle my other bathroom!

Great experience all around. I had a tub and shower removed and replaced with a larger walk in shower. It only took one day to complete and I feel like it was worth every penny after all the work they put into it.

I just got my new shower installed yesterday and absolutely love it. The attention to detail is flawless. They removed my old Neo angled shower and installed a new shower. The shower walls run up to the crown molding and so does the new rear shower wall that they built. I would definitely recommend Long Home products to anyone looking for a new bath, roof, windows, doors and even a new fence.

The tub and wall replacement turned out better than expected. The workers were very polite and were very knowledgeable. We’re happy that we chose Long to replace our bath area. Thanks!!!!

AVOID. One year quote is a joke.

Had them come out and provide a quote for my roof as they advertise a quote good for 1-year. Whole process was ridiculous and shows their lack of ethics. The 1-year price quote I got was outrageous - $57k for their cheapest product. I told them that was way over what I would consider and then they start playing a game about how low they can get if I sign a contract right then. Went down to $41K. I told them I wouldn't sign right then as I was going to get quotes from others first. Then the guy calls his manager and puts on this cute little skit where he has his phone volume jacked up so I can hear the call and they pretend my house is in a great location for them to advertise (its not, its buried at the end of a pipe-stem past a cul-de-sac) and they can get great pictures of the job so they will do it for a loss at $35k. I repeat for the 20th time I am not signing a contract today. So after an hour I finally tell the guy I need his best quote that is good for a year and he leaves me with the $57K. So the 1-year quote is just a joke, a price they would beat by 40% if I signed a contract that day. If they are this unethical on their first visit to go through some fake sales call to the manager and not provide a realistic 1-year quote after an hour long presentation as they advertise ain't no chance I would trust them with my roof. Would AVOID at all costs. Who knows what they will actually do on the roof or if they would honor their warranty. I am sure that unethical attitude runs through the company.

We replaced our shower not but 3 years ago with a contractor my son knows. Now the tile floor is leaking into my kitchen, and they are nowhere to be found. Now we were looking for a company that will stand behind their work. Anthony Johnson did a wonderful job walking us through the process of replacing our old shower with a reputable company.

Long has been around for a long time. They did the fence at my old house and they did an amazing job. My sales rep Anthony Johnson took his time with building a shower that we love!!!

Called long for an estimate. Had someone out the next day. Jacob showed me all my options and found me something I liked.

Awesome experience. Both Dave and William listened to my concerns. They demonstrated and explained the benefits of having a professional install new windows versus contractor and contractor grade windows.
I’ve done my research and had a lot of ideas. They helped me choose what should be the best and most cost effective choice for my needs. I had a good idea of what the windows would cost, but still would need to find a contractor and add their costs to the price. Their price from start to finish was right in the target range.
I didn’t feel pressured at all and was given a price I felt was very reasonable, especially with the oversized windows. It was a light hearted and fun experience. My dogs even loved them!

Getting a new roof is a big investment. Both associates, Aaron & Teresa, made sure to fully explain all my choices and the pros and cons of different options. I'm confident that I'm going to get a great new roof that will last a long time.

Just had a great consultation with Hunter J at Long Home Products - Savage. We had wanted to make changes to our master bath for the past year and were looking for a reputable company that would complete the work at a reasonable cost. We found both at Long Home Products. We recently had a tub to shower conversion completed by Long Home Products. The bench that we chose originally was decided to be too big for our small bathroom after installation. Richard Criste, our Product Specialist, immediately stepped in to have it replaced with a smaller one that is a better fit for our bathroom. He kept us informed of all dates and times of our installation from the beginning to end. We appreciate Richard for his great customer service. We love our new bathroom and do recommend Long Home Products!

Had my initial appt with Jake Corun. It went fantastic, he is extremely knowledgeable and very personable! If I ever need to have a Long Home product again I would definitely want to work with him again.

I gave five status because Shaq arrived on time, he was very knowledgeable about the product and very courteous and attentive to what I wanted. I absolutely love my new bathroom!!

My wife and I were shopping around for a front door. After meeting Steve A. from Long Home Products. I was impressed with his professionalism he was on time, he knew his product and he not pressured us. When shared our payment options we were sold. I can't for the delivery of our new front door.

My wife Steva Komeh received, what I thought had been a sales cold call and was somewhat perplexed and suspicious of a visit by a sales rep. However, upon first impression Paul was positive and courteous. Because Steva is disabled due to a stroke I greeted him at the door and took him to see the windows to be replaced. Afterwards, I took he to meet Steva. Again Paul was very gracious meeting my wife. He began by telling us the Company he represented and it's history. Then he asked a series of questions regarding our thoughts what we wanted. Paul was through, engaging and able to develop an excellent repoir. He asked good questions regarding what we wanted and established what might suit our best interest . He was thorough not pressuring and helpful in enabling us to decide what we wanted. He was never rushed to conclude our final choice. On a schedule of 1-10 Paul ranks 10. I am sure he will engage us as the work gets underway through completion and after. He is a good representative of the Company and a top notch gentleman.

I requested an estimate for a roof replacement from Long Home and, while I wasn't prepared to go forward with the work right away, the Long Home representatives that completed the estimate were top-notch.

I had the pleasure of working with William and Alex who were both immensely professional, experienced, patient, and kind.

They took the time to explain each step of the process, provide examples of the materials they would be using, and answered any and all of my questions. They were also very funny and a pleasure to talk to!

They went above and beyond to get the best price that they could to complete the work and gave me ample time to make a decision without being pushy.

We had Paul Veriz come give us an estimate for broken windows and doors. He was VERY thorough, personable and knowledgeable. He explained with product samples his product. I would definitely refer this wonderful specialist.

Be prepared to be ripped off. The price I was quoted was simply outrageous. I was quoted $27K for replacing the roof of a townhome. I was looking for an honest and straightforward estimate and I knew I did not get that when the sales representative asked me what price range I had in mind and then asked if I would be willing to commit to the project if he’s able to close that gap. If I wanted to haggle on the price and play this game of the sales rep doing the “let me see what I can do” song and dance just so I can feel like I got a good deal, then I would just go buy a car instead. Getting an estimate from this company was very disappointing and a waste of my time.

My husband and I had a great experience with Christian from Long Home . He was very patient. He listened to what our needs were to get a bigger shower. He gave us several options to help us to make a decision.

During the free estimate consultation, William did a very thorough inspection and review of roofing product options and installation process and the Exceptionally good warranty. However prices seem a bit high. Our final decision is still pending.

I just like an hour ago had two sales Reps, Ricky and Jake from Long HomeProducts come to my house, here In Montgomery Co MD. , to give me an estimate to have my bath tub replaced and turned into a shower. Right from the start quality customer service is what sales a job. ( that my biggest pet peeve quality customer service) they were thoroughly professional in their explanation of all their services Long Home offers and specifying the services to my particular needs. Then as it got to the pricing, which the estimate was very fair in my opinion. They gave me one offer for a year quote, a little lower if I get the work done in 30 days and much lower than that, if I signed and took a “todays price” offer, which was so low it was impossible to refuse. Yet being the smart man I am, I still couldn’t take that offer without a conversation with my wife who wasn’t home at the time. We needed at least 7 days to make the arrangements for a decision Im already sure we were gonna make. Ricky and Jake called there manager at the office and together they not only made the seven day grace period happen they came back with a new price $2000 Lower than the same day offer. Now how is that for customer service! I’ll come back here and post a chest high pick of me stepping out of my new shower with the seat inside and glass doors, just to let y'all know this is a valid real, triple 5 Star customer satisfaction post. Paul is a very outstanding sales person that took his time and went over every detail with me about the Company being past down in generation and gotten me the best offer I couldn’t past up for my windows and yes I will be using the Company again and I hope it will be Paul in the future His sense of human was on point!!!
