No-show. They set up an appointment at my home for 3PM on a Saturday. Results? No-show. No call. I literally wasted one of the weekend days rearranging my schedule to accommodate their schedule. On Monday I received an email and a voice mail asking to set up a new appointment. The reason for the no-show? Their “project manager” had a morning appointment that ran over. My appointment was for 3PM! How much over could a morning appointment go? I smell BS! They had my email and phone number. I don’t do business with inconsiderate questionable companies. Just think of the excuses that would be coming in the future. Too bad for them. The other estimates are coming in at almost $100K.

Carlos morales from Long Creek Construction built this 24x20 deck with rain escape system with lights and ceiling fans under the new patio with enclosed screens so no bugs can enter. The service was top-notch, personable, professional, listened to my ideas and offered great recommendations to fit my budget. The products are long lasting, modernized, sustainable and look amazing. I get compliments all the time. The crew worked hard and delivered on time.

We contacted Long Creek construction about replacing our shower. Carlos Morales came to give us an estimate. I can't say enough about him. What he says he does. We absolutely love our shower. It's beautiful. Our entire bath was done and it came out magnificent. The workmen were great and very courteous. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

A piece of vinyl siding fell from my home and other pieces were either loose or buckling. I was concerned the work required was so small that I would have difficulty getting a contractor to submit a reasonable bid. I was very pleased with Long Creek's bid and timely, quality repair. I was impressed with the safety precautions taken and the overall professional approach to the job. The tradesman was thorough. He did not merely reinstall the fallen piece of vinyl, he removed an entire section and properly secured the siding to the house. I highly recommend Long Creek Construction!

My project was a patio and walkway. I'm not completely satisfied. When I expressed my concerns and issues. I was dismissed. The fire pit wall and sitting area look messy. There was no follow-up or inspection of the job once completed. The workers left cigarette butts around the yard front and back. Took breaks resting and leaning on the side of the house, leaving oily spots on the siding. I asked if they would clean it, and I was told that the pressure washers weren't working. Follow-up: Discovered the fire pit area holds water when it rains. I reached out to the company to remedy the issue. No response. It's the lack of response and follow-up for 30k. It is unacceptable .

We couldn't be happier with the service we were provided through Long Creek construction. Our kitchen was a mess after a pipe burst several months earlier. Wyron assisted us in finding a PA to work with our insurance company, and so we could recover our losses. Then Long Creek renovated our kitchen, also fixing floor boards in our bathroom. I didn't know a 60 year old kitchen could look this good!!! Every team was kind and hard working. We did have a problem with our vents, but Wyron was able to find a low-cost solution. When our new kitchen faucet was not secured, Wyron had someone out within 24 hours to secure it. Our experience was very positive, and I would definitely recommend working with Long Creek. The first picture is the beginning of construction, and the other is the (almost) finished kitchen.

Believe the 1-star reviews. The CEO, Wayron, is just as bad as the President. It took 3 weeks to receive my estimate, which had many errors. Another 3 weeks went by when I received a call from their office staff wanting to know if I was ready to proceed. I asked for a return phone call, which never came. This company seems to be very disorganized and chaotic, so be prepared and beware. There are many more reliable contractors

My wife and I spoke with Carlos Morales who's the President of Longcreek Construction Company to see if we could convert our living room and western kitchen into an open concept area. Upon consulting with Mr. Morales we came to a contractual agreement. Pricing and financial terms were Excellent. Long Creek team of professionals were prompt, courteous very detail oriented. Long Creek did a superb job. Our kitchen and living room was totally transformed. The Brazilian Cherrywood floors are absolutely Gorgeous!!!! Thanks again for a job very well done.

They do quality work and has lifetime warranty. They did my roof years ago and I am still getting compliments on the work. I am still in love. Waiting on an estimate to get the exterior stairs at my house replace.
