Carlos came out to give us a quote and was very thorough about what products Lonestar Roofing & Exteriors offers and how the company would do the job. After we signed the contract, they were able to start re roofing our home within two days and kept us updated on the progress so there were no surprises when they discovered some plywood needed replaced. They were very professional, fast, and thorough and I would recommend Lonestar Roofing & Exteriors to anyone looking for a new roof.

The entire process was fast and professional. The property was cleaned up every day before I returned from work. Even though I had landscaping close to the house, they took care to protect it. And in the end there wasn't damage to the vegitation. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to my family.

Our home is from the late 1800s and so we were very adamant about working with someone we could trust as well as supporting a business that honors not only their customers but their employees as well. Carlos, Robert and their team were very kind, respectful and performed quality work for a more than reasonable price. Respectful of our budget without sacrificing quality.

They were willing to talk with us as much as we needed to and answer any questions or make adjustments where needed.
Very open about communication of work being done and how the process would unfold. They came up with functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions for our home where the roof had initially been done awkwardly (nicest way to put it) by past contractors.

Only concern was that work started later some days than originally discussed, however, once we rang to check in they were already on their way. They also stayed until the work was done even if it fell on a weekend.

Highly recommend them to anyone. Will be looking to work with them for future siding and window work/replacement, which we're grateful they offer as well.

My recent experience - had an awesome experience! He truly exceeded expectations. My siding was discontinued, but he managed to find a close match. I have no complaints at all. From finding a match to ordering and repairing, he did it all. Any exterior issues I have in the future, I will definitely go back to him.!

Carlos is all the good adjectives you can think of when describing a roofer: professional, reliable, hard-working, reasonable, etc., etc. We asked him to replace our leaking skylights and solar tube after a neighbor recommended him and we think he did an outstanding job. Plus, he is friendly and easy to get along with. We will definitely use his company when the time comes to replace our roof.

My shop had developed a small leak with the heavy rains recently. I called Lonestar and they showed up within hours to investigate. They found the shop metal roof fasteners were aging and most needed to be replaced. I hired them to replace the fasteners, which they did the very next day. They cleaned out the gutters and cleaned up around the shop. Excellent service and no more shop leak. I would not hesitate to hire them for your roofing or any other service they provide.
