We recently hired LOCR Brothers for a range of home improvement projects, including painting our roof, adding a new deck, building a shed, and repairing a section of our house that had significant dry rot. From start to finish, they were outstanding.

They showed up promptly every day at 8 AM and worked full days, often wrapping up around 6 PM. Their dedication and work ethic were impressive. Each project was completed with exceptional attention to detail, and it was clear they truly cared about the quality of their craftsmanship.

Every member of their crew was highly skilled, professional, and courteous. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable given the high quality of the work. It’s rare to find a contractor who combines skill, reliability, and fair pricing — but LOCR Brothers delivered on all fronts.

We had a new roof put on this week. They were so proficient. Came on time worked very hard and it is beautiful!! They did a fabulous job! No surprises. Would highly recommend them. We are having them eventually replace our kitchen and bathrooms. The communication with the owner was right on point. He answered me immediately when I had a question. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We started a bathroom remodel with another contractor. After 5 months we were only 50% done and the tiling was visibly a bad job. We called in LOCR brothers who redid the entire bathroom in only two weeks and it is beautiful. They pointed out all the flaws that we could see as well as those we were not aware of and everything turned out great. They are punctual and professional as well. Left a clean workspace each day
