Dylan, Ethan and Tony just left our house and we have to say, we have never seen 3 guys work harder than them! Especially in all this heat. We had a new furnace install in the attic and a new a/c unit outside. Our whole experience from start with Shane, making time for us on his date nite, we are very appreciative to all of them. We would hope u will give them a try, we found out they are the best!

Chase and his trainee were excellent. This was our second visit by chase and my wife and I are very surprised for how professional chase is for his age! Shore tech was a very smart move by us. Especially considering our last hvac service was a complete rip off.

Chase did a super job.got our A/C up and running.He is pleasant explains what he is doing .very informative.He is part of a family business. They answer calls quickly and call ahead to let you know they r on the way. We highly reccomend Shore Tech.Give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

I am not an easy customer to completely satisfy. I received 2 quotes to replace my ac in my house in Dewey Beach one for $12,000 and 1 for $15,000. I happened to pick up a local weekly paper and saw the Shoretech ad for a complete ac/heat system ( ANY SIZE ) for $8990. I thought for sure it was a bait and switch. I called on a Wednesday at 1 pm and Shane came to quote me AT 5:30 THAT SAME NIGHT. 3.5 ton outside unit and a 4 ton air handler was indeed $8990. In addition he upgraded us to a wi-fi thermostat, a floor water sensor and new outside wood frame all included. They installed THE NEXT DAY AND THEIR MECHANIC WAS GREAT AND PROFFESSIONAL and cleaned up when done. We could not be more happy!! I recommended Shoretech tp another condo owner in my development. Awesome experience!!

Tech called to let me know that they were on their way. Once here, he took care of a minor issue that I had, then kept me informed on the status of my system!

shoreTech is an excellent HVAC service in Delmarva.
Their technicians are knowledgeable, experienced, courteous, and friendly - Dave was recently at our home and did an excellent job. Chase was previously at her home and also did an excellent job. I hardly endorse their services.

My 15 year old unit was acting up. Needed a charge 3 pounds of it. Just straight to the point. I need a new unit. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Getting a quote tomorrow for a new system. Just a temporary fix for now but my house feels so much better. Thank you.

I had a problem with my Central Air AC unit and they were able to send me someone out within a few hours. Extremely Fast & Same Day Service which is impossible to get anywhere else. Great Customer Service and knowledgeable and friendly Service Tech Dave. Very reasonable Dispatch price! So grateful to have it looked at so quickly with the extreme Heat we’ve been having. I Highly recommend and would definitely do business again (Hopefully I won’t need to anytime soon as I’m currently unemployed) but I know my System is very old & eventually will need to be replaced. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you!

Just moved into our home 6 months ago n never expected to loose our air conditioner in an unexpected heat wave.. 100+, we searched and found Shore Tech company. Within 5 days we had a brand new air conditioning system in our home. The company was fast, efficient, clean and on time. The company is top notch professionals and we would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.

This is a small company with outstanding service, surpassing anything offered by larger companies in the area. Dave Boney diagnosed, provided an explanation on everything, made a temporary fix, and at the end of the day saved me $10,000 over what the larger company, which I have had my service with for several years, tried to sell me (or maybe swindle is more accurate). I highly recommend ShoreTech Services (especially for an unknowing second opinion).

Chase and Andrew did a great job for me. Chase explained all the options and had the system performing in no time. Even our dog Max is grateful. He can go back to lying on top of the floor registers. Overall, a great experience and would certainly recommend.

This was my first time using Shoretech. Dave called me giving his eta and he duly arrived bang on time! He was friendly & personable, did a great job and obviously is very skilled at what he does. He also explained all he had checked on both our systems. I am very happy that I have switched to this small company from my previous much bigger one who were difficult to deal with including getting actual prompt service, andalways looking for add-ons to pad the bill. I am a fan of small local contractors who care about their customers, and Shoretch is a great example.

This was our first scheduled maintenance appointment with Short tech. Representative was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and showed up on time. We were hoping to find a company that we can count on in this area, and it appears that we have found that. Very happy with our first meeting.

Our tech, DAVE, was so friendly. He greeted our sassy little YorkiePoo at the door, came in, explained all he would do & got it done. He was in and out in probably 30'. Dave was courteous & polite. We love ShoreTech!

We had a complete disaster in our crawl space with a flood of water which took out the furnace, whole house dehumidifier and other components. We started searching and ShoreTech came up with good reviews. We called 4 different HVAC companies and felt most comfortable with them. We loved the small family feeling and boy did we make a great decision. Shane came out immediately and explained everything clearly and suggested safety features to help prevent another disaster. They were here two days later removed everything including duct work and on the second day of job we are up and running. His crew is kind, knowledgeable and worked well together. They thoroughly explained everything to us and we truly could not be happier. Looking forward to them maintaining our units and feel like they have our back. A big heartfelt thank you to Shane, Dillon and the entire crew - you guys ROCK !

Got air started up today and the units fan had to be adjusted, took almost 2 hours but they got it corrected so more air comes out of ducts

Dave came for my maintenance work and discovered my Capacitor was bad .... Im so grateful to have my A/C up and working again with the hotter weather on its way! Thank you Dave for explaining everything you did. Awesome job, Dave!

Dave let me know when he was coming and he came right into the time period that I was told. He was very courteous and asked if I had any problems and then came back later and told me that everything was running smoothly. He also told me when he would come back in the fall And that my filter was good for the whole summer.

On time; professional; explained everything he was doing. No cost involved as this was part of their introductory service coupon.

Chase and Andrew did a very thorough job explaining everything they did and as always was extra courteous and professional throughout. Highly recommend them.

Dave told me everything he was doing. He changed out the filter and tested everything. When finished, he told me everything was running like it should and that they would call to schedule in about 6 months.

We had to replace our HAVAC unit. The team was here on time, worked great together, did a fabulous job, very professional and cleaned up as though they were never here. I cannot say enough about their follow up and being concerned and considerate. I would recommend them for any service you needed.

On Saturday, we lost heat in our 5-year-old Milton home. Our original HVAC company came out, diagnosed the issue, and said we needed a new part, which they would order. Schedule an appointment with Shane showed up on time very professional knew exactly what he was talking about very impressive and very knowledgeable on HVAC systems straight furnaces and also heat pumps. It looks like we’re going to be signing a contract with them very professional company to deal with.

Just a follow up to my earlier post about good deals on cooling and heating maintenance. Shoretexhs special at 89.00 for three visits the first year and subsequent years at 178. For two visits sounded great. Well Chase visited this mens spent more than an hour working on the unit , showed me videos of the parts he inspected , provided some hints for better heating and sent me a detailed report. I believe the service he provided was excellent . The young lady who answers the phone was terrific and want them to know their great customer service and work ethic does not go unnoticed. For me this company is in a class of their own when it comes to good communication and overlap service

I had a heat pump system replaced for my parents who are in their late 80's. Great customer service. I dealt with Shane. He was top notch. Shane personally spent alot of time showing my parents how to use the system on their phone. The price was amazing as I got 3 other quotes as a comparison. Job was done quickly and Shane communicated with me along the way as I live in another state. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent service and prices.

I thought my husband and I could fix the whirlpool dishwasher by ourselves, but that didn’t work. After Shane was our 2nd repair person to come to our house (the first couldn’t repair the problem), the job was completed. Shane is the person you want to call when you need an appliance fixed.
