Roof replacement. They were the middle quote, and when I saw how they worked , I was very happy to pay their price. They were timely, courteous, competent, and respectful. They brought a lot of workers and worked well as a team. They were constantly picking up after themselves--both routine trash and hazards like nails. They left my property in great shape and the roof is a quality job.

The owner, Jose, was present throughout the job as a point of contact, and he treats both his customers and employees well.

I would happily do business with them again!

Fixed a leak in my roof that remained after 4 separate attempts by other roofers. Price was great and 20K less than another 'reputable' company. Provided guarantee leak was fixed when everyone else refused to do that. Went about doing the work in methodical and comprehensive way. I'm very happy with the whole process and job they did.

Extremely fast scheduling and work. The work was solid and the cost was affordable. It only took 2 hours for the roof repair which included a new skylight and exhaust vent. In addition to this, they went the extra mile to clean out our gutters and roof. Excellent work!

We recently moved to Delaware and purchased a 2 year old home and soon discovered we had a terrible roof leak. My realtor recommended Hernandez Contractor LLC to us. We immediately called and got an appointment with Jose, the owner in a couple of days. He was on time (actually early) and immediately found the source of the leak. Jose came back the next morning, earlier than my appointment because it was supposed to rain and he didn't want any further damage that had already been done to walls and ceiling due to the leak. He fixed the leak just as it started to rain! Jose's team has been amazing...to Noel and Tiffany, thank you for your incredible follow up! If you are looking to have a new roof or just a repair, I encourage you to look no further than with Hernandez as they are true professionals and know what they are doing!! Having been in the construction industry for 40 plus years and now too old to replace my own roof, I contacted the Hernandez family for an estimate and to have some minor roof repairs completed prior to Hurricane season. The son (Noel) came out (on time) and completed a very through inspection and produced an estimate with every specific detail that an old "picky contractor" requested. A few days later the owner himself (Jose) came by to complete and addressed every concern identified during his son's inspection. Yes Jose did have to reschedule (once) to the following day (a Saturday which was likely one of the few days he was suppose to be off). CLEARLY understandable and acceptable because he is in such HIGH demand due to his excellent reputation and knowledge. The communication from his office staff (Tiffany, aka his wife) was more than what one would expect with text reminders of impending visits and personal phone calls when Jose realized he needed to reschedule and or if he was running late. Everyone, as other reviewers have noted, are professional, kind, and EXTREMELY helpful.

The repair work that Jose completed was exactly what I wanted and done in a manner that I would have done myself if I were younger and able to do so. I have NO reservation of hiring his company to complete our upcoming re-roofing project in March of 2022. This day and age it is refreshing to find a contractor that is so conscientious, dedicated, and customer oriented as Mr. Hernandez. I was very pleased with Hernandez Contractor for my roof replacement and gutter installation job in Dewey Beach. They were very professional and did an excellent job. The project started with Hernandez using a drone to take videos of the entire existing roof, which was quite interesting and informative, clearly displaying the locations that were significantly deteriorated. The job was completed professionally, and the project site was left clean and in good condition. Following the roof replacement, and skylight installation in the outdoor shower, Hernandez sent me another drone video of the new roof, which looked great. At a later date, the gutters were installed, and likewise the job was well done. It is a family run business, and everyone I dealt with was very nice.

Very dependable, excellent quality and workmanship. Reasonable on price. They were efficient and did the job right over a couple of days. Very very happy with my new roof. I highly recommend them and will be using them on another home. Noel Diaz was a pleasure to deal with.

Their estimate was a fair one the big difference is the were willing to work in the cold weather. Other companies were to show up for estimates or return calls but never did. Those companies were quickly eliminated. Thank you Hernandez Contractor!

Hernandez Contractors are one of the most professional, personable, skilled companies I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We have a large home with many, many obstacles around it (Decks, shrubs, fences, main road of our community etc.) and we hired them to tear off 2 layers of shingles, find and replace rotten plywood on our roof, and also replace 6 skylights. We were completely blown away with the finished product! They finished this project while working around some of the worst weather we have had in years! Amazing team of hardworking, skilled professionals!

Hernandez is an excellent company. They came to my home in a timely to provide an estimate of the roof repair work we needed completed. The estimate was detailed and the cost ended up being the best most cost effective estimate we receive. They scheduled the date to do the work but weather in December ended up causing them to reschedule which was fine. They promptly called me letting me know of the date change. On the scheduled date they came and performed the work as promised. Their work crew did an excellent job, cleaned up the work site and even used their leaf blower to clean leaves off our driveway. Since their work we have had no further issues with roof leaks. I would 100% use Hernandez again for any work I need to have done for which they specialize in. Thank you!

We just had our roof replaced by Hernandez Contractor. The service from start to finish has been excellent and they use premium GAF products. Give them a call for timely, professional and personal service. Noel visited several times and answered tons of questions about materials, labor, options and more. I'm so glad we chose Hernandez.

Noticed a leak in our sunporch and called several businesses, Hernandez was the only one who could even take our call. Noel came to inspect and give estimate within 24hours. They were very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. Within one week Hernandez crew was on the roof and getting it done in two days. (two days before Thanksgiving) The work crew worked very well together and even put the gutter guards back on better than they were before the roof was replaced.
It was a complete tear off, replaced a skylight, put in ridge vents, etc.
