Communication is not great. I’ve sent in a request a few months ago and just again because I’ve been wanting to get a quote to see how much it would cost to get a service done. I don’t get a single reply from an email or a call whatsoever. So I don’t know how I should feel about this place at all

I had a Sunrider top installed on my wrangler. Service was excellent from calling and asking about it through installation. Installation was completed in a timely manner. The staff was pleasant and excellent to work with. Highly recommend and will definitely use again for future mods.

Just had our RAM TRX in for running boards and a truck bed cover installed. Good work but they have to realize that these new vehicles can tell everything that happens while they have it,like hard acceleration. No need to do 68 mph on test drive in a 35 zone!!!!

Stopped by to get a quote on a Bedslide for my truck. I spoke to Brandon who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I scheduled for the install and everything went well. These guys are professionals.

I have never been more blown away by the service provided by a mechanics shop before; The staff is incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable, with a major shout out to Brandon, who personally was able to help me determine the problem, find and order the part (in less than 45 minuets) that has been evading me and other mechanics for over a decade. Unfortunately my truck ended up kicking the bed prior to the parts arriving/work done, but even then they were understanding and professional, doing everything they could to accommodate the circumstances and to help me get the most money back I could (ie shipping and restock fee from the company they ordered the part from). If it hadn't been for the truck finally dying, I am confident that their work would have been exemplary. I typically never write reviews, but I wanted to stress how amazing this location and its employees have been, if I ever need any future work done I plan on them doing it, and if I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would, they are truly that outstanding!

Steve and the Trick Trucks team were professional, knowledgeable, and timely performing the installation of the new roof rack on my TAC. I look forward to hauling my kayak!

Walked in and wanted to talk to someone about ordering a truck cap. went in and found 3 guys talking on phones / working on computers. Hung around for a while. Didn't seem to want my business. Hint .. take care of the guy in front of you with a wad of cash instead of talking to someone on the phone who just wants an estimate for something that they will never come in for.

I was definitely surprised at my experience here. I had dealt with them in the past with nothing but good things to report. Hence me bringing it back. But then I got my estimate that seemed a bit steep and I was offered financing options to pay for the $2700 estimate I received. No thanks. Took my car somewhere else where they charge me $700 for nothing remotely close to what was originally diagnosed as the problem. Employees were cordial but has a way of making me feel a bit uncomfortable and also like I was incapable of understanding what they were discussing with .me. A true disappointment and let down. Never expectrd to have this type of experience here.

I don’t get the low reviews. New to the area Went to them for an upgrade. Got great customer service. There was an issue getting the part but they were proactive and called to move my appointment. Install looks great Great service. I’ll definitely be back.

Even one star is too many. I called Trick Trucks early in august and made an appointment with Brandon to have wheels mounted on my car.
The day of the appointment came and after my car being there about an hour, Brandon called and told me they didn’t have the lugs in stock to do the install so I’d have to bring my car back the following week. He told me I could bring my car in either Thursday or Friday. I told him I would drop it off before they opened on Friday because I worked 7am-7pm that day. He assured me this wouldn’t be a problem.
Friday came and I dropped my car off at 6am. By 3:45 I still hadn’t heard anything so I called to check the status. I spoke to Rich who said he would call me back. I never received a phone call from anyone but instead they called my husband who had NOTHING to do with this whole ordeal. A lady named Heather called him and told him Brandon “dropped the ball” and that they didn’t know the car was there or that I had an appointment but now that they looked at it, it needed all new tires too for an additional $800. This was at 4:30pm on the Friday before Labor Day. She told us she would take less than $100 off of a $1200 bill for the inconvenience. Instead, my husband told her to just give us the wheels back because of the headache.
I emailed Heather on Friday with no response so I called twice on Tuesday and no one answered, nor did they return my calls.
If I can give you any advice, save your time and money and go somewhere else. Ocean Area Tire did all the work for a third of the price (with no different lugs required) and in less than a day.

Steven was more than helpful and got me the best tires and lift needed to make me 100% happy with the buying experience, this is my second time buying from them and when the time comes I will not hesitate to return for a third

Great service, we were in a pinch and they were the only place that had the tire size we needed. They also offer financing and include tire warranty and other tire related services

Got all new tires here, alignment was perfect, had all of my wheel locks stuck on my Honda Accord that were quite a challenge to get off but they managed to without any damage. New timing belt and all new fluid changes, brake flush and more. Car is running like brand new and it’s a 2010. Phenomenal service, price and quality. Highly recommend Heather, Kevin and Daniel are the best. Thank you guys! 5/5

Definitely will ba a return customer! With that being said I'll explain they made ainor mistake with my alignment and stood by it a week later. Covered a tow and fixed free along with my brake leak while it was there for free also. No place is perfect but standing behind your work speaks volumes in my opinion. My truck drive lime it's on tracks with 37's.

Came back a year later and they replaced rd a damavalve stem free as a return customer no charge and even matched the tire pressure I preferred already on the other tires. Love this place

These guys rocked. They put up with my craziness ...lol. fast and courteous. If they only knew what happened after I got on the road!!! Almost lost my trailer due to poor tires. Guess I should have brought it in too.

Great service and knowledgeable with your needs/parts. Had my ARE replacement glass with no issues. I'm from Jersey... Couldn't get any help from my local dealer and it's not the first time he's brushed me off on replacement parts. If you happen to see him on the White horse Pike just keep driving

Bought wheels and tires for my truck and was extremely satisfied with the service I received then. So my wife just got a 55 ford. It needed tires, she wanted wide white walls. I was given a time for delivery of 4 or 5 days. Tires were here right away and installed way before time given. If you are looking for good service and friendly staff this is your stop.

This business is top-notch! I called last minute to have airbags installed on my truck before towing a camper from Delaware to Illinois and then on to Tennessee. They were booked out three weeks but were able to squeeze me in within four days of reaching out to them. During my move we ran into a minor issue that required replacement of one of the parts. I contacted Trick Trucks and Shawn and Curtis were able to get a part shipped from AirLift that day. The part arrived in Illinois while I was there and I was able to install it and restore confidence in my truck’s towing capabilities. The customer service here is excellent! They even reached out to me the day I was due to arrive in Illinois to make sure we made it safely! I highly recommend this business!!

Twice they told me I needed thousands of Dollars of work done to my vehicle. Both times took it to another Mechanic for a second look, first time their $3000.00 quote turned out to be $150.00 for the repair elsewhere, then the second time they told me over $1400, took it somewhere else, all I needed was an alignment. DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR ANY WORK> TAKE IT SOEMWHERE ELSE FOR A SECOND DIGNOSTIC, THEY TRY TO STEAL MOENY AND MAKE UP THINGS THAT ARE NOT WRONG WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!!

Really cool auto store and shop. I special ordered something and it came on time and it was a perfect fit. Really nice group of people. Definitely recommend going there for your automotive needs

The guys here were always very pleasant to work with, they were extremely informative and helpful. They have a clean setup and they have a lot of products on display so you can touch and feel the products. They always took the time to answer as many questions as I had, and I had many many many questions. So far I have gotten the decked system, amped step, and the A.R.E Cap for the back of my F250. I am very pleased with their work and only have one minor detail I would change regarding the LED light in the cap. However I am sure they will explain or modify it for me. I plan to upgrade additional parts on the truck through them.

Take your business somewhere else! Go look for another place for business. They never answer the phone. I called, and finally got ahold of someone, I asked for a quote for a fuel tank installation, they got my name and number, they said they will call me back by the end of the day, ofc they never did. Called again, next day, same story. Got my name and number, supposed to call me back, never happened. Apparently (Sean or Scott or whatever his name is) was supposed to talk to me about this, never called back. I’m tired of calling and not getting any answers and being placed on hold for hours. If you can’t do it or don’t know how to do it, just say so. There’s no need to play around the bush. Zero customer service, I would never recommend to anyone.

These guys are TOP NOTCH!!!! I've been here numerous times since I bought my latest jeep back in 15 and they have ALWAYS done great work!!!! Recently though they have come thru again for me!! I failed my DE inspection and agreed to help me out so I can pass, no fancy work needed and no big dollar job.Just a swap of some tires, a few wires disconnected and a reflector installed.

My daughters Jeep needed more offset wheels because of the larger fender flares I installed. Steven took the time to look through several different brands but was educated enough to narrow the search quickly. TT installed the wheels and 2 new tires and aligned the truck. It now drives better that it EVER HAS!! I never thought it was possible. Looks amazing as well. When it comes to my family’s 4x4s, they will always go to TT!!

Very poor knowledge of their own job..after they ordered what they need to get the job done I was told what they got didn’t have a good description of the item so it wasn’t what they expected and the job couldn’t been done because to order the correct part would take 2 maybe 3 weeks then another couple weeks for them to get me back on their schedule which piss me off how can you ordered something and don’t even know what are you doing!!!! Never going back and I suggest whoever reads this try another place also....terrible first impression!!

Tires ? You guys need this shop. They replaced probably 6 vehicles tires for me with the past years and I've never had an issue. Always honest and work within reasonable time.

So after putting on my leveling kit myself I wanted to get alignment. Over the phone I was quoted a 100 dollars and when I got there I was told it would be 150. They lady at the counter claims its because they have to make additional adjustment because it's lifted and she couldn't explain to me what those additional adjustments are??? I don't have adjustable upper control arms so there is no additional adjustments that could have been made from any other cars alignment? I wouldn't mind the extra charge if some would've be able to explain their service.

I bought a Toyota 4Runner from Koons of Easton. It had a lift and everything else put on by Trick Trucks of Annapolis. I love it and it gets looks everywhere we go. It is a great looking truck. I had an issue with the fender flares and needed the lift checked out after putting some miles on it. Being we live on the shore, I called Curtis and the Millsboro location. They were more than helpful and told me I could bring my truck to them instead of going to Annapolis. They treated me GREAT. I recommend them and I am so happy with the work, the products, and most of all the customer service. I fully trust them with all of my automobile needs. Thank you guys. I am one very happy customer.

I have had two hitches put on along with window vents on a few vehicles along with other major accessories. This is the best place to go for car or truck accessories at the best price. And there customer service is top notch. Thank you Shawn and Curtis for A++SERVICE!!

I called these guys to install something that they had in stock and it was $299. I called them later and said if I brought my own part how much. it's the same price as if you bought the part from them. One day I stopped in there and looked around. I could swear the guy at the counter actually turn to not say hi. I'm only leaving this review now because I've noticed some commercials on TV that they have and I would never go there for anything. Look around if you live in Delaware if you get one of those mailers there's a half a dozen places that give coupons for work. The car doctor I've used a few times. Brought my own parts installed with no problem. Not to mention tricks is a franchise there are few of them mostly in Maryland so there's a fee I'm sure for a franchise there always is I'm not paying it. The prices they're charging for that shack they are working out of that's been paid for a thousand times over already. I'm done with this review
