BE AWARE !!! NEVER USE THEM !!! Local roofing was hired by my HOA to install sun tunnels and I was suppose to do the interior work. They were suppose to do interior investigation in attic and recommend if 14inch or 22 inch sun tunnel would fit. I told them that I am open with the size but I do not want to alter the studs but they old that 22 inch would fit and installed that on the roof. When I started interior work, I discovered that space between two studs was less than the tunnel frame. When I reported this to them, they were very unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the mistake they asked me to spend time and money in hiring professionals rather than reporting the issues to them. So unprofessional and unskilled people. Would not recommend them to anyone.. stay away as much as you can !!!

Be aware, Driving dangerously on 294 southbound through construction . Passing on shoulder and the cutting me off. Also laughing while doing so.It was truck number 49.I won't add the plate number, which I have picture of.
I also tried to call the company to put in a complaint. But no answer and couldn't leave a message.

Emailed company, no response so sharing here. Contacted Mark LeGrand regarding a major leak in our roof Tuesday. Mark said he could possibly come Friday, stating he had “over 100 other emergencies to deal with”.. needless to say, he didn’t take care of our emergency. Then Mr. LeGrand said he would come to our home Sunday.. he has yet to call let alone come out.

We recently contacted Craig for a quote on our 20 year old roof. He came over the same day. Craig used a high tech method of estimating our roof's square footage giving us an instant measurement. Meanwhile, my wife and I checked two other roofing companies and Local Roofing was the most competively priced. Our biggest conundrum was choosing the correct shingle color. Craig was extremely with helpful shingle color choice. He brought dozens of full-sized shingles over to our house. Finally, we scheduled the job and about two weeks later the work began. It took a day and a half to complete the job and clean up. The workers were very diligent cleaning up the roof debris. We are very satisfied with the outcome.
