I was so nervous to hire a contractor because I had heard so many horror stories but Lo Alto was amazing! Super professional, very hard working, and very fair prices. Very honest team. Beautiful work done our bathroom remodel! Super thankful!

We are happy with the Lo Alto team through the process of renovating our kitchen. They did professional work including keeping a worksite clean at the end of each day. We were especially glad that they were here working nearly every day instead of leaving for several days as many contractors do.

Lo Alto Construction did a good job on my miscellaneous exterior repair projects and for a reasonable price. They were very responsive and professional.

I can't say enough about this company. They workmanship, communication and quality is top notch! I am a property owner for rentals with several in the area. I needed some work done from out of state and took a shot on this company. They treated me the same as if I was at the jobsite everyday.
There is no other company in KC I will hire to do work for me. I have officially found my team!

I really appreciate Francisco for bringing us solutions to problems that no one else could. He is creative in how he approaches each job, with the intent to provide an excellent value to his customers. No other contractors would suggest ways for us to save money when creating an estimate, which built a lot of trust and a positive relationship for repeat business.

They do everything. Used these guys for a large scale commercial remodel for just demo at the beginning. By the end of the project they had picked up 5 other trades scope because of their reliability and professionalism.

I had 2 recent projects done by Francisco's teams with Lo Alto. The first project was securing a brick wall on the front of my house. It was a difficult project due to matching 28 year old brick with new brick but it turned out great. No one can tell there was any work done and the wall is now properly secured. The second project was just completed today. The team removed old popcorn ceiling and replaced with knock-down ceiling. Wow, it was amazing! It looks wonderful and brand new. The 2 floor job was completed in about 4 days which included matching old paint! I never knew how good my home would look with this upgrade and am very pleased Lo Alto was there to do the job quickly, skillfully and professionally! Now... for my next project....stay tuned! They'll be there to help me!

Lo Alto has helped me with a few rental properties remodel and painting. They do amazing work and will keep using them. The owner and workers are very nice and professional. Easy to get ahold of and very punctual.

Update 2024: Lo Alto is still as great doing as great as when I first started working with them. Javier has such attention to detail great communication and amazing workers!

I cannot describe what a God-send this company is! We called 12 different painters - 4 of them showed up to give us a quote. Francisco and Lo Alto was the only company who could:
1. Complete the project sooner rather than later
2. Provide their own crew for moments notice changes
3. Prep, patch, caulk, and paint an entire historic home in less than 3 days.

I don't understand what is going on with communication these days - it appears if you have a talent and an ability in skilled labor, there are too many jobs and too many of us trying to get in contact with you! Thank God for Lo Alto for picking up the phone, showing up, following up, and completing the job in record time - all with skill! I would recommend to anyone in KC to hire this crew.

We remodeled our garage into a small living space. Francisco and his team were fast, professional, and there were no surprises with cost. We will definitely hire them again.

Alto construction did a great job on rehabbing a home inside out was very impressed with the work done. Francisco went above and beyond they are the only company I will use for any work I have rehabbing homes.

They did some attic work and drywall for me I am very happy with the result. I would definitely have them do more work for me in the future.

I have had some painting done with this company.they were very professional. Francisco was the one who did my painting and also helped me with light.He did the job they way I wanted to.He went above and beyond.they are also trustworthy.I always leave the door under the mat for them.

I can't say enough great things about Javier and his team! My husband and I reached out Lo Alto Construction for a sagging ceiling in our rec room and the work they did was great. He was able to raise our ceiling 4 inches and braced everything so it's now a safe area for my son to play! He and his team were extremely responsive, punctual, professional, and the work speaks for itself. Will definitely be working with them again soon on other projects!

They did 3 jobs for me and the work was excellent on all 3. They were professional, efficient and ontime. I was very pleased with the outcome. They cleaned up well after the work was done.
