In all honesty, our initial experience with LNB could have been better. Just about everything that could go wrong did. The person supervising our roof replacement was simply not up to the job, unbeknownst to Lucas. When the roof needed the inevitable repairs, Lucas stepped up, made all the repairs, and could not have been more apologetic. Our roof is working great now, and it looks fantastic. Lucas makes a point to call every time we have a thunderstorm to make sure everything is OK.

Sometimes, a business's true measure is different from its initial performance; it is how it turns wrongs into rights. LNB's motto is "Roofing New Mexico With Integrity." I allowed them to prove that, and they exceeded my expectations.

My NM flat roof was over 20 yrs old but I was shocked at prices and the variety of new roof options. I watched a couple of Youtube videos to learn about the various materials. I decided against silicone, and other coatings but covering my entire roof with LNB's special membrane would be pricey. Lucas, the owner, came up with a plan for installing some IB material now plus repairing the remaining tar and gravel. He proposed the project in phases which was a perfect solution. With Phase I done, see for yourself what a great job they did. We've had two heavy rains since they did the work and my previous "weak/leak" spots are now A-OK.
Big thanks to Lucas and his crew who had a great system for controlling mess and being true pros. Oh, and they stand by their work with long warranty. 5 stars!

Lucas loves what he does. He and his crew did an excellent job on our roof in a timely manner. When he noticed some potential leaks on the roof with the initial inspection, he came over and fixed them before a storm and scheduling the roof to be replaced. In looking at reviews I saw where his family’s business had a great record for community service, even donating a roof to a veteran each year. All around a great experience.
