They were supposed to show up at 1:30. Then they asked if they could come at 4:30. I said sure, no problem. By 6:45, I hadn't heard from them so I contacted them. They gave me some excuse that they couldn't find my address, but there are two problems with that. First, I'm sure they have a GPS. Second, pick up the phone and call me to tell me you're not coming. We waited for these guys all day. I'm going to use someone else.
