We had reported that the pull cord on the master bedroom ceiling fan was broken and that the fan wobbled. Victor Mena, an electrician from LM Construction & Mechanical arrived this morning to work on it. He saw that the chain that turned the light on and off was too short to attach an extension to; it would not work in the fixture. We also showed him how the fan wobbled and made loud noise at higher speeds. He tried balancing the blades and found the problem was with the unit, itself. He replaced the fan and routed the chains correctly so that you didn't risk getting your finger whacked by the blades when changing the fan speed. He also rewired the unit correctly so that turning the fan on and off could be done from the wall switch.

The new fan works perfectly and is a lot quieter. The electrician is to be commended.

they reviewed leak and suggested it was probably water softener and/or gauge on pressure tank. Once water softener was unlinked to well tank we stopped experiencing leaks. They came on time on a holiday weekend and could not have been more gracious. ALC

We work with L&M frequently through our property management company and they are always very friendly, considerate, prompt, and most importantly, actually get everything fixed in a timely manner! They seem to have a good general knowledge of things, too, so if you have a number of things going on at your house they can often check it all out at the same time.

Jeff and his crew are great and have done a number of projects in our older eldorado home from patched stucco and roof to tile and bathroom remodel. Victor is a very quick and talented with tile and installed 1000 sqft of Saltillo and also did our bathroom and shower. They also have jetted clogged plumbing lines and installed a new furnace Shawn who runs the Mechanical division was quick to clear our clogged drain and was at our house at 9 pm Friday evening and quickly got our problem resolved. Having these guys has helped take the stress out of improving our old house!
