There are so many great things about L&L Construction but they all start with its owner, Pierre. About a year ago I bought a house in Underhill that needed a ton of work. I spoke with and walked through the house with Pierre a number of times and he provided a price, timing, and provided his vision and ideas. Every ceiling, floor and wall was changed, painted, installed, etc. New kitchen, and essentially two new bathrooms with cosmetic changes throughout: moving walls, building a bookshelf, new totally different fireplace, and even more. Now here it is a year later and the not very attractive house I purchased is absolutely beautiful. Pierre was on time, on budget and the place looks better than I could ever have imagined. I could have selected another contractor but was advised to go with Pierre because you will spend a good deal of time with him and it matters that more than being a great contractor, Pierre is a wonderful man.
