Wesley and his team at Clean & Restore made dealing with a negative situation as easy as possible. Communication from start to finish was excellent. Wesley kept me apprised of the situation as the project went on. They did excellent work remediating the mold and did so in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them!

Well worth it. Wesley and crew are workers, they put in solid days of intensive labor, scrubbing every surface of our basement. They even moved half a cord of wood (part of the problem) and stacked it outside. They aimed to solve problems for the long run, helping me pick out a dehumidifier and putting down a vapor barrier in an old bulkhead area. Very easy to work with. I didn’t realize all that was involved with mold remediation and they were worth every penny.

These guys were fantastic! We had a mold problem in our new house and Wes was able to schedule a house call on short notice and help us out. He tested for mold and told us exactly what steps to take and what products to buy to fix the problem. He even helped us find a commercial dehumidifier on sale, which has been working great! Wes and his team remediated our new home recently due to a pretty significant mold problem on the upper level. Wes was extremely responsive, helpful and reassuring. He answered many of my

We just had a mold remediation completed with Clean and Restore and honestly I cannot say enough good things about Wes! We had recently purchased a home and just prior to move-in, discovered that the house had an extensive mold issue in the entire lower level. Wes went out of his way to come meet with me immediately and eased my fears around all of it, he got us a quote right away and had us on the schedule within a month...during an extremely busy time due to all of the flooding around the area. We and his crew were so thorough, removing and cleaning up every nook and cranny...so much that we feel confident moving forward with a clean and healthy living environment. I contacted Clean and Restore for an older client of mine who had mold in his basement. Wesley was very responsive knowing that he was an older gentleman with health concerns. He came out within a couple of days to take samples and make a plan. We just completed the first phase with cleaning the main floor of the home. When I walked in I was taken back! I did not expect for the cleaning to be so thorough. he then checked in to be sure that we exercised caution when taking our client back in the home as to avoid a fall risk on wet floors. Great Guy! Great Job!! Very happy with this service!!!

It was a very tough job in a very challenging crawl space, but they powered through and got it all taken care of. Even though it turned out to be a lot more work than estimated, the final bill was only slightly over. I’m very happy with the work and the value.

We’ve used CC for window cleaning a couple of times will great satisfaction. When it came to requiring a serious cleaning of our dirt floor crawl space I knew this team was the one I wanted after Wesley came over for a consult. Years of mouse damage with nearly no insulation left around the foundation of our house along with a humid space resulted in a mess. Not only did Wesley find mold we didn’t know was there, it was eliminated and our crawl space is a place we almost want to hang out in. The care, attention to detail, and double checking he was leaving the job with the air being safe for us and our new baby was just next level service. Couldn’t ask for a better team for such a hard job.

3rd hand smoke remediation (cigarette) - Carpenter's were honest about what results I should expect and worked with me to get to a level of cleaning that I could both afford and live with. What a pleasure to communicate with such a professional business. I highly recommend them.

Wes and his team were extremely caring and diligent during our mold remediation crisis. As stressful as the situation was Wes did a great job explaining the process and entertaining many questions concerns throughout the project. Lastly, the team was extremely timely. Walking back into our home with an entirely clean and fresh smell, that has remained months out, has been a remarkable relief.

Wes and his team are very good at what they do. I purchased a home with a significant mold issue and they removed absolutely everything that could have been contaminated and cleaned up very thoroughly. He had a team of 5 guys in here and the demo went very quick! Wes always comes to the jobs himself and makes sure to talk through what they’re doing with the client. I called Wesley Carpenter today for an inspection and an estimate to clean and remove some recently acquired mold in my Vermont home. Clean and Restore came recommended by my nutritionist, who suspected that mold could be a contributing factor to a health challenge I've been facing. I called directly after she made the recommendation, and Wesley responded within a couple of hours. He happened to be in my area and offered to do the inspection that same day.

During the inspection, Wesley set my mind at ease about several areas of concern and quickly identified the likely cause of our issue. He took a few air quality readings, and within a week of my initial call I had concrete results and a plan for moving forward. I highly recommend Clean and Restore!

Wesley and his team were amazing when we needed help with our Basmemt. At first we thought the smell was coming from cats that has lived here previously Wesley came in and very quickly explained that there was a severe mold problem and that sealing the basement floor would not get rid of the smell we were dealing with. He and his team worked fast they stayed for long hours and got the job done! He seems very aware of trying to be fair with prices and doing what’s best for his customers. I was getting sick from the amount of mold we had in the basement so he and his team came back within the week and had the job done in a few days. They cleaned everything and I mean everything including cobwebs in the corner of the basement ceiling they took out insulation and were very thorough. When they were done the smell and damp was gone he and his team were professional and really down to earth! I can not say enough if you are having mold problems or any other job that his company does… Hire Them!!!!

Wes and his team came quickly to repair a water/sewage leakage in our crawl space. They went above and beyond to take care of the problem. It was not a job many would want to take on. But they did it efficiently and with a great attitude. Can’t recommend this company enough!!

Wes and his crew did an excellent job of removing mold from our attic. The entry to the attic is in a closet, allowing little room to maneuver. When they finished the mold removal you never would have known they were there.
I have also used them for carpet cleaning and window washing. You won’t be disappointed!

I Highly Highly Highly recommend this company! Last year during the height of the pandemic we had a major cleanup project at our home (after the furnace blew up). All rooms required attention, from replacing ceilings, walls, floors, cleaning carpets, painting 14 rooms, and on and on!, They did it all....With PPE , air filters, masks on at all times....they ARE the BEST without a doubt. Professional, courteous, friendly, responsive. The end result is beautiful. I can't thank them enough for all they did for us.

I would highly recommend Clean & Restore! We had a chimney fire and Wes came right over and went over every room and showed me the damage with a special sponge. He had an estimate for us very quickly!

We hired Clean and Restore to remediate asbestos-laden materials in our old Vermont farmhouse. The house had undergone many generations of renovations and additions, each with the 'materials of the period.’ There were lots of areas that needed attention and asbestos removal – some we would never have thought of – e.g. the coating on a stainless steel kitchen sink!?
Clean and Restore gave us a very fair estimate and handled the job in one day, as scheduled, handling all permits and EPA-required equipment plus hazardous waste disposal and documentation.
We are very pleased and satisfied with how they carried out the project would highly recommend them.

Lamoille County (Courthouse) employs Carpenter's Cleaning Service for the daily cleaning (dusting, sanitizing, vacuuming etc.) of the courthouse. They have provided this service to us since 2017. We have been nothing but extremely satisfied with their performance. We highly recommend them.

We are so happy clean and restore was recommended to us-Wesley was great to work with and did an excellent job. We purchased a home and discovered we had rodent nesting in our basement insulation. Wesley did a thorough inspection, determined where the problem was and tore out, replaced and disposed of the old insulation. He did such a thorough job that when we later took part in our condo’s association ‘s winterization improvement we were told the basement was done so well there was nothing left to do down there.
Wesley also cleaned all the carpets, upholstered furniture and mattresses and cleaned upall the skat under the kitchen sink, behind the washer/dryer, you name it. Wesley was thorough, professional, friendly and we would recommend him without hesitation.
