I’m a returning customer of Bronson Johnson Gutters! They have the best customer service around! Bronson communicated with me every step of the way as well as showed up when he said! They worked efficiently and cleaned up the area when finished! Bronson checked in when he finished to go over what he did! Their prices are very affordable!!!

Bronson Johnson did an amazing job with our new gutters, we couldn't be happier with the service. We were able to communicate promptly via text or phone, get an evaluation scheduled quickly, and were thrilled to see all the final work get done rapidly and efficiently at a far lower price point than other quotes we had received, based on other companies/contractors planning to do more than it turns out we actually needed... When one very minor follow-up issue came up (we had wanted the outlet to one of the downspouts angled in a different direction), it was corrected immediately. They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced, offer great customer service, and completely honest and transparent. Couldn't recommend this group more highly.

I had my gutters replaced by Bronson Johnson about six weeks ago. They were able to fit me in right away, and did a great job. They went above and beyond by cutting out some cedar trees that were in the way, which I had been planning on doing myself, so that saved me some time and labor. Everything appears to be working well, and my house looks a whole lot better.

Bronson Johnson installed my gutters on Friday and I'm amazed at what a difference the gutters make in keeping water out of my basement!

Nearly went with another company with a high-pressure sales person at a higher cost. Was cautioned against making a hasty decision, and so glad I took a pause. David came out almost immediately to give me an estimate, which was very fair, and the work was done soon afterwards.

He and his crew are professional, efficient, friendly - I can't say enough good things about them. When they left, I wouldn't have known they'd been here, except for my beautifully matching gutters!

Great experience with Bronson and his crew earlier this year. We were referred to him by Englert as the only VT installer that handled the gutter style we needed. Bronson and I discussed job, price, install dates all via text, he drove to southern VT on the day agreed, and installed the gutters quickly, and cleanly. His team worked well with roofers working the same day. 100% all around.

An atypical review. When road cycling during business hours, I'm often almost clipped by contractors. The other day, a Bronson Johnson van slowed down in order to give me a few feet, rather than full-send-thread-the-needle between oncoming and a bike. I'd be willing to bet that someone considerate enough to do that when out and about is also a contractor I would happy trust to provide good, honeset service. You can learn a lot about someone by how they drive. Cheers!

I had a great experience getting the gutters replaced on my entire house. The scheduling was smooth and the crew was on time. They repaired some rotten wood that was behind rotten fascia boards, going above and beyond! They cleaned everything up and the gutters look great. I totally recommend this business.

I was having some problems with my gutters draining after my house had settled. Bronson Johnson gutters were able to assist me with easy-to-understand language. They were able to tell me what I needed, and just as important, what I *didn't* need. They were quick, and courteous, and kept me in the loop at every step with easy-to-understand language.

Bronson Johnson was installing gutters for some of the condos in my association. My condo was not on the list, but I needed a single gutter. I walked over to the team and had the good fortune to meet Bronson himself. Came on schedule, worked hard . I thought gutters would take away from the house but they actually trim it out nice. Best of all they all function just as they should!!

We recently had gutters and down spouts added to our screened porch and chose Bronson Johnson based on a recommendation by our contractor T.S. Renovations.
It was an excellent recommendation as they were very quick and did an excellent job. They had to deal with one side that had no possible exit from either end but were able to come down the center into a rain barrel and got tested out when storm Beryl came through. Worked great!

Great experience with this company. They made a second site visit to bring samples so I could make sure the gutter color matched our roof. Install was quick and efficient and they took the time to make some changes to the layout that improved the overall look and helped with run off away from areas we had issues with pooling. All done before a big storm plus the estimate was exactly what we paid, so very transparent up front with costs.

These guys are excellent! We had gutters and leaf guards installed at our place. They were prompt, had great time and cost estimates, and were very friendly. They even trimmed down our overhanging metal roof to make sure the gutters would work correctly. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The gutters look great!

What a pleasure it was working with Bronson and his assistant. Not only did they return our call for service promptly but they moved us up on their schedule so the installation would happen before perennials near the house started to come up! Seamless gutter companies in Vermont are extraordinarily busy, but the owner of Bronson Johnson reached out to me while he was away on vacation to schedule my gutter replacement. He was upfront and honest about my expected wait time, and was even able to provide me a ballpark estimate of the work based on my description of what was needed.

On the day that my work was scheduled, they arrived on time, were extraordinarily friendly and knowledgeable. My questions were met with a willingness to explore all feasible options. My house has a unique drainage challenge that they solved with class, creativity, and absolute professionalism!

These guys were awesome. The flood season hit me hard and I was in dire need to get gutters installed. They even had a free slot before the initial time slot and came early. Within a couple hours they were done. They were able to fit in the drainage to my sump pump system as well which was smart and looked better than doubling the pipe up and easier when summer comes to bury. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

After replacing the gutters on the back of my house last fall, they returned this week to replace the gutters on the front of my house. Bronson Johnson was fast, solved a weird problem where there was water coming from under my shingles, and made the difference between me having to wet/dry vac, lay out towels and mop my basement on an hourly basis and having a basement that's as dry during this July 2023 rain as it usually is during a drought. Before they did my gutters, I was taking time off of work to mop my basement floor on an hourly basis. I'm writing this during the July 2023 storm because this house flooded during Irene. I the last few days, I've only checked my basement twice. Both times, it was as dry as it usually is during a drought.

I know this is cliché, but my only regret is not calling these guys sooner. It's made a colossal difference.

Also, my house looks ten years newer, which is awesome.

We used Bronson Johnson on two occasions this past month: to install gutters (and covers) to an 1840s farm house and to add gutter covers on a suburban house. For both jobs, Bronson Johnson and his team were excellent and professional. They did the jobs on the dates that they promised, on time, and left the houses neat and tidy. They were also very quick to respond by phone and text, which is a rarity these days! I recommend them super highly. They are GREAT!

This the second time I have used Bronson Johnson. Since we put an addition to our house, this time we included gutter guards. The original installation was 15 years ago so there was no reason to try anyone else. Great job. I cannot recommend them any better. The best.

Like so many others looking for a contractor, we looked at on-line reviews for a Gutter Installer. If you see only negative reviews and no positive ones across multiple review websites (Yelp, Angie's List, Google, etc).....well, for us, it meant to look elsewhere.

But, if you find a contractor with many positive reviews and few or no negatives, and an over-all 4-5 star average rating, that IS the one to contact for an estimate.

We had one other estimate that almost became a job, but, the contractor had so-so reviews and just to say, we ended up experiencing what other negative reviews had said about this installer and cancelled the job from that contractor.

When the estimator for Bronson Johnson came and in only a few days after I made contact with them, he was knowledgable, detailed in the work to be done and said we'd see our job done within a week. The weather was terrible (rain, rain, rain, ...perfect gutter weather!), so it got delayed only a week, but, Bronson was in touch with us all the way to reschedule and he stayed in touch with us through a few rainy days where he was going to try to do the job and could not. The job only got delayed 3-4 days and the weather was to blame.

So 5 stars here for how this contractor won't let you down by lacking good communication.

He arrived with his assistant in the morning on what finally was a dry day and did a perfect job. There were no shortcuts, no surprises, just a perfect and solid installation.

So as he was finishing up our job , my next-store neighbor came over to ask him for a quote. It was accepted and the next day, Bronson came back to do her house.

She told me the same day that he had done her job that she was 100% delighted with his work. So two happy customers in adjacent houses. Happy ending.

So please consider this review is for two different jobs.

I can not say enough about how smoothly the estimate, communication and job process went.

My wife and I just felt that we were in very good hands through the entire process. Great vibes all around.

No tricks, no shortcuts, quality components, very good communication, tidy and neat work and not a trace of debris to suggest that they were ever here other then the great gutter installation they did and certainly it was clear to us, ...there's a lot of expertise here considering Bronson Johnson has installed Gutters for so many customers over the years.

Please give this company a consideration for your Gutter job estimate.

Wow. The people were great and the process was outstanding. Very responsive, efficient and professional. They had a crew of four and did everything in 4 hours including removing old gutters, replace one 8' section of fascia, wrap the fascia in aluminum, install new seamless gutters, leave guards and downspouts. It was amazing. Cleanup was great. Nothing on the ground which is a huge plus.
We were long overdue for new gutters that actually worked and I'm so, so glad that I chose Bronson Johnson and crew.

I have only received an estimate so far from Luke. He was professional, knowledgeable, and low pressure. The thing I am most impressed by is that this company does what I would consider full service when it comes to gutters as they do fascia repair and wrapping as well as snow guards in addition to gutter installation. That is something I have had a hard time finding in this area and I believe provides a huge added value.
