LKQ exceeded my expectations and I wasn’t even their customer. I was buying a house with a damaged roof and I was looking at having to replace the roof myself. LKQ came in before closing and offered to work with the seller to open an insurance claim on my behalf. It took a little time but LKQ not only replaced my roof but they painted the entire house and replaced my garage doors as part of the sellers insurance claim. It didn’t cost me a dime for the added improvements. Beside the home improvements these guys are a great bunch, down to earth and genuinely care about the results of your claim and home. I'm very fortunate to have met Jason, Martin, Damon and crew. Hopefully this will be a life long relationship. I'm extremely thankful for their efforts.

It is a long story but I was in the process of selling my home. The roof needed to be replaced. Jason and Damon were GREAT! They explained everything and they helped me along the way to understanding what was going on and how to communicate with the insurance company, who had adjusters out the year before and who did not report the hail damage properly.... ( It got really crazy!) But they were with me all the way through the process. Even though I will not be living in the house to enjoy the benefits of their great work I am happy that I got to work with them and look forward to seeing how the house comes out. I know it will be great! I wish I had known about LKQ a couple of years ago.

Used LKQ for an insurance hail claim and they took excellent care of me. Even when the insurance company was stalling LKQ kept pushing. We were forced to do an appraisal because of blatant failure of insurance company and as soon as it was done LKQ had the job scheduled. Once it was scheduled they were on time and did excellent work. If you need a no joke contractor, who doesn't play games and isnt afraid to deal with insurance-go with LKQ.

LKQ was very professional to work with. On time and on point. However, their value added is what makes them 5-star. While the insurance company was only out to minimize their payment and refused to pay for reasonable repairs. When I first met with LKQ, they indicated that we would probably not receive a fair settlement from the insurance company without a fight. I was skeptical. I thought that it was a simple case of quantifying the repair scope and the insurance company making the payment. Instead, the insurance company refused to pay for workmanship and materials that meet industry standards and that the contractors would guarantee. The insurance company ceased discussing the claim and refused to meet with us. So, we had to go to mediation. LKQ was instrumental in helping us through the mediation process in which we were awarded over 70% of the contended funds. Do not go though your claim process without a knowledgeable contractor that has experience navigating this frustrating insurance claim process. Do not use a contractor that only wants to replace your roof and get paid.

Jason and his staff at LKQ are top notch contractors. Jason has done five roof insurance claims for me including my personal home and my clients homes. He has always done exactly as he has promised. He handles the complete insurance claim for me and my clients. He makes sure that all the hail damage is completely taken care of including windows and paint. I highly recommend LKQ for all your hail/insurance claim repair needs!

Jason has a really good understanding in regards to insurance companies. He is able to put together a good plan to approach insurance companies to obtain coverage for hail damage. Most insurance companies do not want to pay claims. Jason was able to get a roof covered for hail damage for our clients that were purchasing a new home.

Professional and organized! Jason and Damon are a pleasure to work with. They handled our entire hail claim and facilitated all the required repairs. All the subcontractors they work with were also great. Would definitely work with LKQ again in the future.
