Very happy with the work done by L&J Construction. We had them replace the entire fan unit in our bathroom. They showed up on time, put down floor protection, completed the work in 90 minutes and cleaned and vacuumed when completed. The new fan works great and the pricing was more than fair. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the near future for additional work.

L&J Construction staff are exemplary, professional, customer oriented, communicate well, and they meet commitments. They timely respond to requests for service and understand the urgency of requests. They are very helpful with recommendations & resources for customer to make decisions. One does not need to follow-up on them about any of the work. They are very detail oriented and knowledgeable about all construction work.
They remodeled my kitchen after a water leak from my water/ice dispenser on my refrigerator & a defective water valve.

The thing I appreciated most about L&J was the good communication. These days, communication can be quite difficult. But L&J responded promptly to all my questions and concerns, and they were always right where they said they would be. For this alone, I would hire them again!

L&J Construction is the best! Jonathan and his team are professional, responsive, hardworking, and a joy to work with. From assisting with design to carrying out the most tedious of tasks L&J embraces any project presented to them. Easy one stop shop as there is almost nothing they can’t and won’t do from indoor/outdoor construction to hauling garage clean out to fencing, pressure-washing and beyond. We had a small job and we have been trying to get someone to come and look and give us an estimate for sometime. We contacted L & J Construction they came past gave us an estimate It was within our budget and we ask them to proceed. When could they come. The L & J Construction group are very professional, reliable and hard working. I was pleasantly surprised at their quick response to our weather related rental home disaster. They arrived evaluated the situation and started the mitigation immediately. We were so impressed that we had them do the reconstruction necessary. Integrity. Quality. Ethical. These guys, led by Armando know their trade. Hyper responsive. Replaced big ugly slider door,. Replaced floors. Tons of kitchen work. Don't need to call in a bunch of different sub-contractors that delay and confuse things. Definitely recommend!!! (Look at these before and after photos) Highly recommend.
