Shawn and his team did an amazing job transforming our unfinished basement and over garage into beautiful spaces we use daily. He was so easy to work with and was communicative throughout the process. He offered great suggestions and solutions to make the space work for us. We appreciated his attention to detail and the subcontractors he used for plumbing and electrical did great work too. We love how well the rooms came out! Definitely would recommend Livingston Builders!

Shawn and his team did an excellent job constructing my new garage. It was especially important to me because I had recently moved to NH full time and I needed additional space. The project was completed on time and within budget. He was a pleasure to work with. I was especially impressed with his professional expertise, work ethic, honesty, conscientiousness, and commitment to quality. Shawn patiently walked me through the entire process and coordinated efficiently as needed with various subcontractors to ensure the job was completed to a very high standard. My husband and I have known and worked with Shawn for over 12 years. John contracted with him at New Hampshire Motor Speedway to assemble a 300,000 gallon potable water tank and was impressed with his quality and professionalism. After the water tank, Shawn was awarded numerous other challenging projects, all of which he performed to a high level of quality. Always on time and budget. His work is exceptional!

Livingston Builders were awsome!! Shawn came out and went over everything with us from siding to windows and more. Shawn, Brian and Cameron were prompt, here and ready to go on time every day.
