I have to hand it to Andrew. He stayed after the insurance company until the job was covered. He is very proactive and made sure we got what we needed. The roof looks great as well as some trim repairs. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the service was exceptional.

Our house was hit by a tornado and we had no idea what to do. A friend in the construction business referred Andrew to us and he was a God send. Being completely overwhelmed Andrew came out and assessed our damage and temporarily secured our roof so no other weather damaged our roof further. He is communicative and personable. Exactly what we needed on a day filled with so much confusion and angst. I look forward to working with Andrew on our permanent repair.

From the moment I gave the Lively Company the job, the owner stayed in touch with me. He actually got to my job a week earlier than planned. Everything went very smoothly, and it looks beautiful. The quality of the roofing is superior. He and his men arrived before 7:00am and finished by 4:00. I was amazed at how clean they left all. I am protective of my flower gardens, and they used great care not to injure them. I did not find a single nail or piece of roofing anywhere in my yard. That impressed me a lot. I highly recommend them and their professionalism.

Straightforward, honest, dependable. Great communication and ease of process. Meticulous craftsman who inspects every single job to insure a standard of work, high above that of any I’ve known, seen, worked with and worked for. Andrew is a treasure. You won’t find quality or value like this anywhere else in Nashville Metro and surrounding.
