ETA: The owner of this company has decided to make up a cockamamie lie about me instead of apologizing for their company's rude behavior and pledging to do better. It isn't surprising that this company doesn't have ANY good reviews. What's low class is your business and your unprofessional and rude behavior!
This company is very rude and unprofessional. I called for an estimate for some roofing work. I was told someone would come by at a certain time and give me an estimate. Not only did they not show up, they didn't have the decency to let me know they couldn't come. I called back and left a message inquiring about what happened. Someone did return my call at the end of the day but they hung up on me mid conversation.
I have never encountered such rudeness and disrespect like this from a business before. If this is the way they treat potential customers then I'm glad they showed me upfront. I will be sure to let anyone I know who needs roofing work done to not do business with this company.
