They were very efficient and did a great job replacing our roof damaged by Helene. Appreciate them working hard to get the tear off and dry in done in between daily rain storms.

After the Hurricane I got in touch with Little Bird Roofing company. The owner Bryson was able to help me get in touch with a tree removal service and then make sure the house was tarped off and secure. Then we were able to start the process of repairing my roof trusses and putting on a new roof. They helped me through the entire process with great communication and the professionalism that I needed during such a terrible time. Not only did they get the roofing and trusses fixed they had the gutters hung and recommended a company to help with the interior sheet rock replacement, wall framing, and the painting that needed to be taken care of. I didn’t know where to start or what to do to get the house fixed since I had never been through anything like this before. I leaned on Little Bird to help me navigate through any issues that I had to deal with.

We have especially been grateful for work done following Helene which resulted in a big , damaging tree on a home, insurance questions, and a need for help with more than roofing. Little Bird replaced a multi-substrate roof that was family built over 50 years ago in Barnardsville and damaged by Hurricane Helene. It required rafter repair and replacement, decking replacement, skylight installation and general love and care to repair, upgrade and update. We now have a beautiful shingle and metal roof that we are very happy with! Bryson repeatedly told workers to “treat this house like it’s your own.” It’s great to have a local contractor and neighbor look after repairs to a loved and cherished house.

Bryson and his team are great, although my story is a little different from most. I actually had a metal roof installed by another local contractor and I was not satisfied with it, but I am no roofing expert. So I called Little Bird and Bryson immediately sent one of his inspectors up to review the installation. He took photos and both the inspector and Bryson called me back to discuss the findings. Due to the impacts of Hurricane Helene (a huge tree fell on my roof), I will be needing another new roof. So if I can get out of my obligation with my current roofer, I will definitely be using Little Bird to install the new roof. They are clearly experts in metal roofing and provided me with advice and consultation on metal roofs that my previous contractor did not.
