He walked me through the entire process and took the time to answer questions and ensure that I was happy with the roof. Kevin came to the site to check in on the work being done, and followed up with me after to ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction. My house had major hail damage a few months back. Fortunately, the reparation process was made easier by Lioncraft Roofing. Kevin Jones worked with us from the start by being there with the insurance inspector to point out damages that we would have missed. He'd also explained clearly the entire cost structure and filing procedure before work began. Although there were many details for the claim, my wife and I, the home owners, did not have do much dealing with our insurance. His crew was also excellent, as is their work. We love our newly upgraded roof. Here's hoping it lasts for a really long time!

Highly recommend!! After a hail storm roofers were out in force in my neighborhood, I am so thankful that Kevin stopped by my house. We had a bad hail storm and we already needed a new roof, after the storm the roof companies immediately started trying to sell to us, constant bugging, then Romario stopped and super nice with manners and company gear, super calm said “hey I know is late and you are probably busy, and I’m sure you getting a lot of people reaching out, is obvious you need a roof and whenever you are ready to talk, here is my card” that’s all it took for me to give them a chance, I looked them up online, read the reviews, looked at their work and I knew I didn’t want to shop around, so I decided to work with LIONCRAFT and I’m glad I did, they were super helpful and were able to explain the whole process easily, they were here to walk with our insurance claim adjuster, they recommended a few things, and even gave me a great quote for my new gutters, once we signed and came up with a plan the work was done super quick I had a whole new roof, blinds, gutters and few areas in probably 2 weeks, they were always checking on me and what I thought about the work, always asked if I had any questions and great warranty on the work, I would highly recommend them again and will keep them in mind next time I have a need!

The team at Lioncraft is awesome! We needed our entire roof and gutter system replaced after years of hail damage and Kevin and his team took care of everything. From the free inspection, to the final product it was really pain free which was what I needed. Any time I had a question, there was someone available with a quick answer. I really liked that it’s family owned too and you definitely can tell they enjoy what they do. 10/10 recommend.

Both Kevin Jones and Jonathan Jones were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure that we were taken care of in getting our roof replaced. From working with the insurance company to bringing out samples of shingles to pick from. With the hail impact shingles that we picked out we were able to get out home owners insurance lowered substantially. The team from Lioncraft Roofing were there every day while the qualified and friendly roofers were there to make sure that things were being taken care of. When they were finished, they cleaned up and made sure that all of the trash and nails were picked up and that everything was clean. The roofers even went above and beyond and spray painted our vents while they were on the roof.
This has been a very pleasant experience and is much appriecated.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother. Kevin Jones worked with her throughout the process of getting the insurance to cover the replacement roof. This process took over a year to resolve. The day the replacement began, Kevin came out when the work began, again around the midway point, and then again at the completion of the work. He answered all my momma’s questions, and he was very patient with her. Most companies move on after the completion of the work, not so with Kevin. He followed up to make sure she was pleased. Customer service is what set this company apart from the pack. Thanks Kevin for going above and beyond.

Kevin Jones went above and beyond to assist me in getting my roof replaced. He was very patient with me and helped me to get the insurance company to cover it. This process took over a year to complete. On the day of service, the team arrived at 7 AM and completed it in one day. Kevin was there several times throughout the process.
