We have just recently had Lines Seamless Gutter Inc install new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards on our house. Everything started as a discussion with Bo Lines, the owner, at the February 2025 Hampton Roads Home Show held at the Hampton Roads Convention Center. Bo was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the discussion.
We had already had 2 other companies come out to give us estimates, and while Lines Seamless Gutter Inc may not have provided the lowest estimate, they gave me an honest up front price which included the different options that we discussed. The lowest estimate did not appear to an honest one, because that company employed high pressure sales tactics and ended up cutting their initial estimate in half. Due to the steep pitch of our roof, Bo suggested upgrading to 6 inch gutters and 3 x 4 inch downspouts to properly handle the flow. We went with that option and are very glad we did.
The actual gutter and downspout replacement took place from 15 to 16 May 2025. In addition to Bo providing the oversight, we had Tyler, Noah, Lucas, Ryan, Cody, Colton, David, and Matt actually doing the gutter and downspout replacement. All installers were respectful, courteous, and professional. They removed all debris each day. On the last day of installation, all 3 of Bo's install teams were working on our install!

Lines did a great job, We have a rather large house that is three story's on one end. Some contractors would not bid the job because of the height. It wasn't an issue for these guys and I feel it was a fair price for quality work.

Very kind over the phone at the office and just as kind on the job. Great work and a great product. Out of five estimates they by far have the better product and the installation was explained better than the other estimates. The way they overlapped the gutter guard and overlapped the end caps so it stayed debris free. It was the only estimate with gutter guard that kept the roof grit and pine straw out. Happy Customer!!!!

I contacted Lines to get a quote for seamless gutter installation and gutter guards. I had the pleasure of speaking with Josh. He explained everything to me about the products, warranties, and installation process. I got my quote the next day, and he gave me the number to reach him directly if I had any questions. I didn’t immediately accept, as I was gathering quotes from other companies as well. After gathering quotes, I ended up going with this company. The customer service was the best, from the office staff to the installation crew. The prices are a plus too.. The crew arrived on the scheduled date on time, and were so polite. They installed beautiful seamless gutters and gutter guards on my house, cleaned up everything, and took away all the trash. The appearance of my home is so much better and I don’t have to worry about the drips from the seams anymore. I would most definitely recommend this company. Reached out to Lines due to my front gutter flying off due to the storm. It shattered in half, and when I reached out to Lines, they were super professional from the moment someone answered my call. They provided me with a quote on the same day and a date for installation. I called on a Monday and by Wednesday Bo Lines was at my front lawn with a tech, removing my old gutter and installing the new gutter. Super affordable, Installment took him about 30 mins. He even helped my neighbor with his gutter on the same day. Great guy and I will be calling him again if needed.

The receptionist got back to me the same day that I submitted an request for an estimate, Bo Lines came to my house the next day and took care of our problem quickly and easily! He also nailed in some of our siding that had partially come un-nailed. I absolutely recommend them if you need anything relating to gutters!

Bo and the team did a great job with our new 6" gutters and downspouts, even had them do a small wrap replacement. Showed up for estimate on time, brought samples and explained the options and talked through some options for how to handle a few issues we faced with overflow. The customer service from Samantha, the office manager, to David and his team have been top-notch! They responded quickly to survey and provide an estimate -- an estimate that was very reasonable based on the comparison to other estimates with comparable products that I had received. Once I was ready to schedule installation, they were able to come out the very next week. I have a 3-story (really 3.5-story) house, and the team only took about 4 hours start to finish -- and I didn't see a bunch of trash or screws left on the ground. The real test will be our next good rain, and I'm excited to see how well my new gutters work. So my neighbors can probably expect to see me standing out in the next good rain looking up at my new shiny gutters!

This company helped me out in a bind. I had a neglegent rental company and owner and they were able to come out quickly and help us with our gutters. We had received a seven day notice during a mold issue to clean our gutters and found out the landlord put it on us in our lease. They were caring and professional and I will be passing their names onto all of my friends who need help with their gutters. Excellent!

Great company! We really struggled to find a gutter company to replace the gutters on our small house. We had 4 companies out to give estimates and only two even sent a quote- the two that followed through were astronomical. Finally got a referral from a friend. David was professional, courteous, and responsive. He came by to give us a quote and it was reasonable and he explained the process well. After a quick turnaround, they came out today for install. They were super nice about working quickly on a detached porch so as not to disturb the freshly hatched bluebirds there. They treated our home with respect, they did an excellent job, they were so kind and polite, and they cleaned up well after. I had an unusual circumstance that made the installation require special attention. After a few firms looked at my situation they were not able to provide a sensible solution. They offered a plane white inferior gutter with no leaf protection for more money than Lines.
And I’m so glad I got different quotes from several companies!!!! Lines provided a Perfect solution including matching the trim color and extra large materials And figured out how to marry my existing roofline to the gutter. This was extra work and none of the other companies had a clue.

Excellent installation of gutters by Lines. The crew showed up on time. They were neatly dressed (no torn, ill-fitting or dirty clothing). They cheerfully answered all my questions about how gutters are made and installed (it's a fascinating process). Efficient and knowledgeable. Quick and careful.
