The Company representative Eric Was the most professional individual I have dealt with in many years. He arrived on time and was very punctual with his interactions with me. I have not agreed to any contract or work order with this company at this time but I am very please with the Estimate and the services provided by them. They were respectful of my time line and specific needs over the phone and were very knowledgeable in their field. I hope to do business with them soon and, I am very grateful for their time and attention to detail.

Members of this company did our roof last year, they did the job quickly and thoroughly and left our outside space cleaner than when they came. They did the job in the time they promised, showed up when they said they would and offered options for materials and pricing based on my budget and my neighborhood's HOA requirements. I would highly recommend them for residential replacement. I know they also do great repair work and replacement on commercial roofs.

Line By Line put my new roof on my personal residence through a contract with our HOA. As a member of the Board for our HOA, I will say they were the best contractors we have ever worked with. They communicated through the whole process and the workmen are excellent, competent, courteous and neat. They did such an excellent job I had them put a new roof on my personal 5 unit rental building. Again, an excellent job.

Line by Line Roofing has completed multiple roof replacements in our townhome community. We have found them to have experienced professional crews completing the work. The company has the highest rating for GAF shingle installments and are held to a higher standard which we could recognized when the crews began working. The work was done on time, the sites were cleaned of any debris, nails etc. at the end of each work day. The crew members were professional, polite and answered all homeowner's questions. There was a project manager on site when the work was being completed and left only to obtain supplies or check on other crews and was on site a majority of the day. Communication with the project manager was excellent and if any issues arose, they were communicated immediately with a plan for resolution.
Our community is extremely pleased with the work Line by Line roofing has completed and will continue to use them as we complete our roof replacement project. We have worked with many contractors and have found Line by Line to be one of the best we have ever worked with. I highly recommend this company.

From the contract person to the onsite manager present through the entire install, to the lead installer and his crew. Total commitment to the project. Amazing customer service and everything handled in a professional manner and follow through as promised. Highly recommend this roofing company.

Ready Roofing was outstanding to work with on a roof replacement due to a fallen tree. A shout out to Dan's Tree service who referred Ready Roofing to us for emergency tarping. As a follow up, they worked with insurance ensuring that our home's new roof was sound.

Ready Roofing installed a roof in January 2021. The one positive thing I can say is that it hasn't leaked yet (only reason for 2 stars versus 1).
The entire experience was more difficult than it should have been, and there were some shady business practices.
A few high (low) lights:
-- I called due to a leak and the initial inspection occurred while I was out of town. I received no feedback and had to have them come back out a second time.
--They encouraged me to file a claim with insurance, even though there wasn't an associated weather event. This delayed the process significantly.
--When the insurance claim was initially denied, they said they had "people" that would work it and at least get some assistance from the insurance company. The end result was $0 from insurance.
--Obtaining a quote that matched what I was verbally told regarding scope and price proved difficult.
--I asked if a Ready Roofing employee would be on-site during the install. I was told yes, but this didn't occur.
--The first crew made many mistakes, didn't take what I feel were adequate precautions to protect areas in the work area, and left a large amount of trash (including cigarette butts).
--A second crew had to come out and fix the first crews' mistakes, and did a decent job.
--One area had to be re-flashed once, and their QA person told me it still wasn't acceptable and they'd be back, but that didn't occur.
--I was pressured to "sign off" on the job when it wasn't completed to my satisfaction.
--The biggest issue: after the job was completed, the salesman stopped by and asked me to pay additional money because the job wasn't quoted properly (I took this as bait and switch). I assume the fact that I declined was the reason the flashing wasn't fixed.

Sometimes you can get off on the wrong foot with a company, that is exactly what happened between ready roofing and I, but that was not the end they made everything perfect for me. They sent out James, who was amazing at hearing me and finding the problem with my shingle roofing, and Robert was excellent when it came to the Metal roof that I wanted on my porch. He is great at his craft. He made my porch stand out. I love it!! They will make sure you are completely satisfied.

Can't beat working with this Company. They were on time ,professional answered all my questions and did an outstanding job on my gutter replacement.

Great job by technician. Expertly done, friendly, skilled, many years of experience. He repaired our leak (verified after 2 rain storms!). He also did a roof tune-up - gave us an honest accessment of our roof condition. We appreciated his integrity and working with him. We will use Ready Roofing in the future.

From the first call, this company was very professional and honest. We only needed a small roof repair and they still were sure to do everything they said they would -from a timely quote with an easy approval process, to a timely appointment to make the repair. James, the gentleman who came to make the repair, was a true professional not just some guy. He had all the right tools, explained what he was going to do, did it safely, answered all our questions and offered some suggestions for the long-term health of our roof. By far the best company I have had do work on my home. They were fast and super accommodating to all the changes that had to be made due to weather and other adjustments. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future if I ever need roof work completed again.

I recently used ready roofing to install new architectural shingles on a detached garage, they did great work and even changed out my old attic vents to a new ridge vent at no additional cost! Ready Roofing went the extra mile to make sure that our new roof and gutters were perfect. From the color to making small adjustments needed to fix the issue we were having with over flow on our old gutters. Their customer service was excellent! They listened to what you had to say and they always returned your message even after hours. I couldn't ask for a better company. Their products were much better than their competition as well. These shiesters put a new roof on a rental house of mine and I regret it everyday. It was a disaster from day one! It all started in early Dec. 2022. At first rr gave Brad, the worker, the wrong email address for sending the proposal to me so there was a delay in communication. After I gave Brad the correct email he then went to the wrong house, then after that he took the wrong measurements. This was all a huge delay in getting my roof on which had active leaks. Finally, when that was all set straight. Brad told me they could not do the roof as there was a big rain storm coming which would last a week. I asked if he could put a tarp over it and I was told no that it would make it worse. One of my tenants in that house had health issues and the moisture and mold were affecting her. Meanwhile I was contacted by the secretary at rr and she said she wanted to confirm I wanted the dark grey shingles. I had previously told Brad I wanted the Pewter Gray. So I had to straighten that out with her.
I called back after a week and asked Brad if he could put the roof on now. He told me no, because there was another rain storm coming. The answer again was no to tarping the house. Due to all their mistakes my roof got delayed and my poor tenant had to suffer all thru it. More inside water damage was done too during this time.
Finally around Jan 6 2023 the roof was put on but the tenants reported the roof was still leaking and sent me pics. I told rr. They came out but shortly after that my property manager there said there was more leaks and I reported in to rr. Again, they came out. Shortly after that my property manager said there was another leak. rr came out again. The leaks finally were stopped but my long term tenants had moved out.
Furious, I called Davies and told him I wanted a huge refund as their company was very slack and unprofessional in their work. Had a hard time getting up with Davies as many times he would not return my calls. He said he would only come down $4,500 off the $27,000+ cost.
Then when I communicated with Mosaic who they finance thru to start paying my bill, I was told that I had solar panels put on. I told them that figures because rr gets nothing right and told them I instead had shingles put on. I am so sick of these criminals and hope they get shut down soon for ripping people off!!!!

Long story short, Ready roofing came out under contract to replace roof, supposedly...replaced the current roof but issues arrived after insulation...property was removed without my knowledge and/or approval...After several attempts to reach anyone or have someone call back..Reps from the company said it was on the contract but they never sent that contract to me, nor was it forwarded to me prior to the work. When explaining this to the project coordinator, he bushed it off like they couldn't have made a mistake, told me he will do a follow-up, never did and I had to wait a couple of weeks before I got someone else. Crew left lots of roofing nails (old and new) in my yard, that my landscaper and I had to pick up the ones in the grass prior to him mowing the lawn. And after multiple weeks of asking for the contract, it was finally sent over with someone else's information on it...I asked for for an updated version but has of today still nothing. And this is a contract that is under warranty...Tried working with them several times, they replaced the property with a new item that was taken, sent a couple of people out a couple days later to pick up more roofing nails but the contract still has hasn't been updated....I dont like writing bad reviews but after months with no updated legal contract this one is warranted. The only reason it's a 2 star is because the roof has been installed.

I recently had a new roof out on prior to solar panels being installed. The scheduling process was simple, they arrived early, write very respectful, finished in less than a full work day and did an awesome job. I was most impressed by there being no old roofing nails or debris left around the yard or driveway. They also did an onsite follow up the following week to ensure I was happy. Great experience and great work.

Ready Roofing did a good job replacing my roof, but more importantly, the customer service was outstanding! Travis was my contact and he kept in touch(texting or calling) with me until the job was completed.

Really impressed with Ready Roofing!! They stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process and had our roof completed in a very short amount of time! They cleaned up the debris from the job very well and the gardens were treated with gentleness by the install team. All in all a wonderful home improvement experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to put on a new roof!!

I appreciate the repairs they completed on the east side of our home because any rainfall was going down the side of the house. My only complaint is that it took two weeks between the initial carpentry and gutter installation. Maybe weather and staffing was an issue.

While I was not a customer I experienced horrible road rage from one of their employees in their truck. On a residential road as they made a uturn they rolled down their window and proceeded to curse and scream at me. Horrible way to represent the business and I'd definitely look elsewhere if you're looking for a professional company.

Ready Roofing did an excellent job installing a brand new roof and it looks great. Open communication throughout the process really helped things move forward quickly. Installers were in and out and left the yard spotless. Would definitely recommend for any future roofing needs.

Ready roofing installed a new roof and was hired through my solar installer during the summer of 2021. There were some issues during installation but everything was corrected or explained to me. I went to install a new exhaust fan in my bathroom today, March 15, 2022. They installed the exhaust vent over a rafter which means it cannot be used for its sole purpose. Instead of correcting the issue they left it hidden as if I would never find it. This is some of the shadiest work I have ever seen. If you use this company watch their every move. Outside looks great. Inside is a whole other story.

Ready Roofing is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them. They used state-of-the-art product, GAF Timberline high definition shingles. Consulted through out the process of scheduling and installation I was kept informed. The work crew got down to business the moment they arrived. Swift and efficient the job was done in minimal time.

We are due with a baby in less than two weeks and discovered a leak in our roof that was pooling in the ceiling directly above the bed and bassinet. We called multiple companies and were told repair times could be 2-3 weeks out (which is completely understandable).

My husband explained our situation and time-crunch to Ready Roofing and they had someone out in less than a day to do the repair right then and there. Robert came by and was prompt, extremely kind, gave us a quick estimate, and completed the work we agreed on.

I had Ready do 3 roofs in 2 weeks for my primary home and a couple of rental properties. The process was simple, satellite images are used to estimate the roof, all of the documents are electronic and signed on line. The crews were on time and very fast!

They were on-time. Presented a professional appearance. Worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Very polite and kept me informed on the progress and anticipated completion time.

The team in Williamsburg were fantastic. We had three massive trees fall on our property on November 30th. We had trouble getting any roofing company to give us estimates for repairs. Davy from Ready Roofing, came and gave us three distinct quotes for the three damage buildings. We had some delays before work could start due to inclement weather. Heather worked hard to schedule us until completion. The work was actually done by Andrew. Just phenomenal. Professional and courteous. I really cannot say enough positive things about him. I am so incredibly pleased with my new roof from Ready Roofing! While my house isn't that large, I anticipated at least a day and a little extra, having been prepared for such. Imagine my delight when within 8 hours my roof, complete with all new plywood, was on and they were cleaning up!

The company is highly professional, and each employee with whom I have had contact has been polite, friendly and kind. They cleaned up after themselves and blew off all the debris into their tarps to be carted away.

The people here are very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. We do need to get a new roof within a couple of years and they will be the first people we call. Excellent customer service!
