Jeremiah, Matt, and the crew where amazing i’m a first-time home buyer and didn't really know A lot about roofs, they made this easy, they were efficient and a blessing. I appreciate you guys so much. Will do business with this company again.

Matt is great at what he does and has a great crew. He provides a superior product for the same cost as the standard (insurance benefit!) and takes good care of his customers. 10/10 would recommend

I contacted Matt directly after getting his information from a reputable source, after making 2 appointments with him to look at our home he was a no call and no show both times, this took time away from my business as well in order to meet with him, at minimum a simple text or call to say you cant make it would be considerate.

We enjoyed working with Matt at Lightning Exteriors. He was friendly, courteous and professional. His crews did outstanding work with great attention to detail. We were extremely happy with the roofing, gutters, siding and installation of windows and doors. We will absolutely hire him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone.

We had Hardie Board siding and seamless gutters installed in May of 2023. I really can't say enough about the great experience we had with Matt and his crew. The workmanship is top notch, but the thing that impressed me most was their customer service. Matt (the head guy) was over at our house every day, sometimes more than once a day to check on the crew's progress and make sure any questions/concerns were handled. It's refreshing to deal with a company who very obviously cares about the quality of work they complete and their customer's satisfaction. While I hope to not require their services again any time soon for damage repair, Lightning Exteriors is who I will be calling. Highly recommend!

Matt is exceptional! Really knows roofing materials. He is an expert in his field. Very easy to deal with. On a scale of 1 to 10.. I would give him an 11.

I talked to several roofing companies. After meeting with Matt Davis at Lightning Exteriors, it was an easy choice. My roof went up in a day and the gutter right after. Amazing service and very professional. I would recommend Lightning Exteriors to anyone.

I used them for a very large roof replacement of 4 apartment buildings and 3 garages after the big storm last year. They did a great job and worked with us attaining all the paperwork and insurance requirements for us. Would recommend Tyler Hughes. He is very upbeat and has great energy. You can tell he really loves what he does and wants to do the best job! Would recommend for sure!

The roof shingles needed to be replaced, after a hail storm.Matt came and made all sorts of “we can do that, we will bring the material.” I got crews, they will get it done, we are right in Tea, not some fly by night.’ We guarantee our work, and I will be around checking how they are progressing .the materials brought to fix where the leaks are, no new underlayment was put on. The shingles are going wrong direction in ey too our $100. Bathroom vent fan and replaced it with cheapie after being told to leave the original.the whole job has to be done again. I would not hire this crew again if the roof repair was free! THEN/ NOW That was in September now it is May and owner Shon, And his crew just got done doing the job that should have been done last Sept. I would be carful with Matt, he gets carried away with details and he did not show up at all. Shon was here the whole day the crew did a professional job and we are happy home owners once again. Thank you Shon and a big hug for your wife for living without you for a couple days. Happy happy!

The good: My house has a new roof, and new gutters. From what I can tell, it's good quality.

The bad: Working with Matt was frustrating and difficult. In the beginning he was prompt and answered his phone, but once I signed the contract everything changed. There was no response 90% of the time when I reached out by phone, text message, or email. We had a deal where I'd get a $250 discount if I kept a Lightning sign in my yard, but when I received the final bill I had to remind Matt about this. Despite being told my roof would be installed a week after the materials arrived, the new roof materials sat in my driveway for over a month. When it came time to install the gutters, Matt gave me an installation date. When the day came, there was nothing. I'd call up Matt, or text him, or email him––and nothing. I'd persistently follow up, only to get an excuse of, "I don't know why they weren't installed. Next week Tuesday they'll be installed." This went on for four months. Finally I called the office and said, "I want to speak to the manager." Immediately after that, Matt called me and gave me yet another date for the gutter installation. This time, I actually got my gutters.

I understand there was a huge demand for new roofs after the hailstorm, and supply chain and labor shortages have been hard for businesses. However, this is no excuse to keep paying customers in the dark. Had I received timely communication, I would not be leaving a two-star review. I would not recommend Lightning Exteriors. I hope they see this review and make changes, because this is not a healthy way to run a business.

Worked with Project Manager Joe Streicher. He took very good care of us in regards to our roof replacement. Process went very smooth. Clear communication. Always on schedule. Very professional. Highly recommend Joe and his team’s services.

I had some siding repairs that I needed done. Someone came to my house a couple times and said they just needed to order in the siding and it could be done. Gave me an estimate of about 2 weeks for it to be done. I left multiple voices messages and sent a couple texts and no response after those 2 weeks went by. I'm assuming since it was a small project it wasn't worth their time. A little heads up would have been nice since I had someone lined up to paint it after they were done.

Great, timely, professional experience for replacement of our roof, gutters, and downspouts! We worked directly through Caleb throughout our repair timeline, and he does a great job! Thank you Caleb and team!

Very happy with the work Connor King and his team did. Connor was present when the insurance adjuster was on site, work was scheduled within a week and completed on time. Connors team did a good job cleaning up. Definitely recommend Connor with Lightning Exteriors.

Joe Streicher handled my claim with State Farm and the roof replacement and I couldn't me more satisfied. He told me in the beginning of the process that he would take care of me and he was true to his word. There were several times that he had to negotiate with the insurance company to get everything covered and he was completely successful. He was pleasant and concerned about my needs. I am a happy customer!

As a first time home owner I had no idea where to start when we had storm damage to our shingles. I was referred to Matt with Lightening Exteriors from a friend and I am so thankful! He was quick to respond and came within 24 hours to access the damage. His crew needed to tarp the roof to prevent further damage and that was done quickly as well. His crew was able to get the whole roof done in a day and they did great work. 10/10 Recommend, Matt will go over and beyond for you! I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Connor was super helpful throughout the entire process. He stayed in communication and was able to answer any questions we had. He really guided the entire process with the insurance claim. The crew that completed the actual repair was able to get everything done within a day with minimal interruptions to our day-to-day. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end including using a magnet to get any loose nails.

The right amount of communication to keep the project moving. He worked around my schedule to meet me evaluation and project costing. Handled all of the details with my insurance. Willing to helped explain the process from start to completion. Also can’t say enough good about the installation crew! Professional and left my lawn and landscaping without damage or debris. No nails or shingle pieces left for me to find later. Highly recommend to anyone looking for roof services.

They were easy to work with on inspection and determining what we needed, and once the installation process started, things were equally as amazing. I was recommended by my realtor when looking for someone to reshingle my home and garage. Got a response within 24 hrs and a quote within 72 hrs. Very reasonable price and got project done 2 weeks later. The crew got everything done in a day and I was very impressed with the cleanup afterwards. No nails, garbage, or broken shingles anywhere.
