It can be worrisome, costly and confusing because everyone has a different remedy. After the research and discussing my problem with different sources, I found Dustin. He is experienced, very knowledgeable, and so apt at knowing just what to do. He was honest and professional and very responsive when I called. You will be in good hands with Lighthouse Restoration.

I had some backflow in my basement. Although he didn't serve my area (and I was not his customer), Dustin was SO kind to help me out about what to do. He spent nearly 30 mins on the call with me on Sunday to walk me through to solve the issue, and even followed up with me with a text msg summarizing the instruction... and he didn't even get paid a single penny out of this. He was a kind & warmhearted person. I have to give him my utmost recommendation for anyone who needs plumbing service. He is a good man.

complete failure to communicate. Very unprofessional. After leaving this review the owner finally contacted me. His excuse for the bad review was that we didn't return a phone call? They are not customers and never have been. If that gets a 1 star review they must be a joy to do business with.

They did exactly what needed to be done efficiently, professionally, and economically. Him and his workers are honest and caring people that I would recommend to anyone that has a mold/toxic issues in their home. I would give Lighthouse 10 stars out of 5.
