Lift Construction completed a roof replacement for my home. Sean was very professional and took the time on a Sunday to meet with the insurance agent and myself. I am happy he was there as he was able to talk the 'lingo' with the insurance agent, and I believe was able to get me the most I could from insurance.

His team was also very professional. They completed the work in a timely manner and was very considerate during the job.

I had several roofing companies come out to examine my 11 year old residential roof. I had noticed a small leak in the attic around one of the roof vents and wanted to get estimates from at least four companies to evaluate my roof and fix any issues they found as well as the leak I had spotted in the attic around the vent.

Estimates reached as high as $1300 for the work. I am happy to say that the estimate Lift Roofing & Construction was literally a fraction of that $1300 estimate.

I originally contacted Don Gary with Lift as I had seen his name and number on one of the Castle Hills Facebook groups and the comments were all positive. An appointment was made and Don and Sean came out to evaluate the roof and gave an estimate for the work. Though my roof did have some hail hits and a few nail heads that needed attention/sealing, they agreed that I did not, at this time, need a new roof and gave what I felt was an extremely fair price for the required maintenance on the roof.

The next week the Lift crew arrived and performed the required work. I could not be happier with price and the professionalism of Sean and Don and their work crew. I suggest that anyone wishing to have a roof estimate make sure you get multiple estimates and include Lift Roofing & Construction as one of those estimates.

Sean and Lift Construction started out very responsive and came out quickly to patch my roof after a storm. They gave me a quote to fix the damage but after insurance didn't agree with the assessment right away, they completely stopped responding. Very unprofessional behavior. I would never recommend them to anyone

Lantana was the bulls-eye for a recent hailstorm. I was very impressed with the final outcome much less the cohesive and comprehensive team work. Very expedient, streamlined, and organized.

Lift performed a repair job under a warranty claim and did outstanding work. I appreciated their timely and responsive communication. Every aspect of the job was handled with great care and professionalism. Lift did the work on behalf of another firm but based on this experience I will be calling them for all of my future roofing needs because it’s hard to find quality contractors like them.

We were very fortunate to discover Lift Construction and Sean McGuire as they were performing other work for our neighbors at the Point in Highland Village. After reading their reviews on the company web site, we requested a visit and estimate for a leaking sky light. Sean responded quickly to our request and with his high tech 4K camera drone and visual inspection, provided us with an on site price and contract. Sky light replacement was done quickly by Sean’s team and the leak problem was solved. In addition, a couple of other small issues (facia leak and squirrel damaged vent pipe covers) were discovered and replaced at no additional charge. Sean’s team also repaired the internal dry wall damage from the leaks. Excellent professional service by both Sean and his experienced team! I highly recommend Lift Construction and Sean McQuire!

I don't frequently post reviews but wanted to do it this time to really praise Lift Construction for the very high quality of their work when they replaced the roof, gutters, stained the fence, updated the window screens. Employees are very professional, they communicate very well during the whole process, they answer questions very quickly, they always try to accommodate any request. I always felt they were all dedicated to my project only. To name some of them: Nathan, Jordan, Cameron and their crew. They kept their word to everything that was agreed prior to signing the contract: they upgraded the quality of the shingles, they upgraded from turbines to solar vent, they communicated directly with the insurance company, and they thoroughly checked that all the damage caused by the hail was properly reported.

I will for sure work with them again in the future

Follow up. Sean and the Lyft team did my original roof replacement. The team came back and did a review a year later and did some small repairs after one of the biggest storms in years. The original replacement was awesome. I recommend this team for any and all roof repairs and replacements. They say what they are going to do and follow up even in the busiest of times.

Original Post. The Lyft team provided an amazing roof, gutter and cosmetic replacement service to our home after we got hit by major hail and water damage. They excel on customer service with a trustworthy process including timeline, cost and honest communications. They also worked with our insurance company so we just had to take their lead and watch the magic happen on the process from filing, dealing with the adjuster to timely payment. The team made a very stressful time enjoyable and I would hire the team again and again.

Recently used Lift Construction for repairs to our house due to recent hail and wind storms including roof replacement, gutter replacement, window screen replacement, and fence re-staining. Sean and his team were very professional and responsive. Work was completed in a very timely manner with great communications. They also handled most of the interactions with our insurance. Definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

I cannot say enough to recommend Lift Construction, but if reading my post stop your search and hire them, I guarantee you will be satisfied. I will hire them again without a second thought.

Troy and team were very professional and knowledgeable. You can tell quality workmanship is a priority, the work was completed expeditiously and safely despite the extreme heat and humidity.

LIFT Construction helped us identify problems with our prior roof installation. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and above all, honest. After repairing our roof, we have not had any issues thus far. Whenever we do have a concern, they are readily available. I definitely recommend them for any roofing jobs!

Lift Construction removed our old fence and installed a new 8’ cedar fence. The quality of the fence is excellent and the metal posts go down much farther than my previous fence so, it won’t lean later. They also boxed the metal posts, and it looks so nice. They used an oil based stain which is better for the wood. The fence changed the appearance of our house and makes it look much nicer. I’m already enjoying my backyard more too. I highly recommend Lift Construction, and Sean is very helpful!

The crew arrived on time and began work right away. Materials were delivered the day before, and were high quality for a great value. No plastic parts! The crew worked for nearly 12 hours straight, and finished our roof in one day! The roof and fittings look great, and the crew even replaced shingles on the tiny gables of our home. Lift Construction will definitely get my business in the future. Great work!

I had several leaks on my roof. Received a quote and moved forward with a repair. Took four days to complete it. First day showed up in the late afternoon and worked until dark. Showed up very late afternoon on the second day without the roofing crew and couldn’t finish which I already knew was going to happen. Third day they were supposed to be there in the afternoon. At 7 pm I sent a text asking where they were. Was told they were on the way. No way were they going to get there before dark so now it goes into the fourth day when it was finally finished. At least I thought it was - roof continues to leak and I’m told “I don’t know what to tell you” and getting asked “do you want me to do a leak check?”. Then I’m told that they “bent over backwards” for me which is total BS! Roof continues to leak and when I said I’d have to find someone more competent, I was told “best of luck”.

Completely incompetent company! Incompetent whatever his title is - name is Sean McGuire. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. They don’t even deserve one star. They also do not back their work. Completely worthless!

Lift Construction is focused on customer satisfaction! They delivered on-time, a well job with no defects. We had a smooth walk through with no changes needed. Today, after a year,when i contacted Lift Construction to help me straighten a furnace pipe, they immediately came by and took care of it. No questions asked. Lift Construction was fantastic to work with. Their attention to detail was amazing. They walked me through the entire process and kept me up to date the entire time. Sean pointed out the issues that I had with my last install, showed me the materials they were using compared to what I had, took care of the insurance form start to finish, and was even able to get me more money from Insurance to fix some smaller items I did not think we could get covered (stained fence, pergola, and new paint inside). I have recommended Lfit to all my friends and the ones that have used them had the same experience as I had.
