Overall, we were very pleased with the quality of product and the honest and knowledgable service. One thing I was definitely not pleased with was the screws. We assumed these would be self tapping...if they were, they were very poor. It seemed that only about 1 out of every 3 screws would actually pierce the metal...and then, only with alot of pressure

Typically the scerew would fly.off and the metal would be scratched
We solved this by pre-drilling 1-8" holds...significantly driving up the time of i installation
I'd highly recommend buying your screws from the Nail Barn, in Jane Lew, or some other provider. We did that and had 100% success. Oh...I did see where the Lifetite folks were selling 1-8" drill bits at their counter. I didnt ask if their screw fasteners were self tapping but given the fact they were selling drill bits, I'd say they were not.
