Lieke Roofing installed the roof on our new construction home with Lennar, completed in January 2022. After a recent storm in Noblesville, several shingles blew off our roof. While I understand that severe weather can cause damage, it's clear from the photo that the shingles were improperly installed — They were held down with only two nails instead of the recommended four. This points to poor workmanship rather than just storm impact.

What’s more disappointing is the company's lack of accountability. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, Lieke Roofing has been completely unresponsive and unwilling to take responsibility. For a relatively new roof, this kind of failure is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on our experience with both the installation quality and customer service.

Fantastic and honest customer service and attention from the team here in response to a warranty claim. They were understanding and fast to respond in our short time frame. They did an honest assessment and gave honest feedback. Very refreshing to get this level of customer service these days.
