Liberty Home Remodeling is an outstanding company, committed to delivering quality results to their customers, and if I could rate them twenty stars, I would! They were recommended to me by a friend who was impressed with the work they did on his neighbors’ house. Rachid, their knowledgeable sales manager, came to assess the hail damage to my house. He introduced me to his company, their commitment to excellence, their high ratings, their many certifications, their process for working with the insurance company, and their dedication to customer satisfaction. Because Rachid had the same certification as the insurance claim inspector, there was complete agreement on the extent of hail damage to my home. Rachid had explained that a siding supplement would need to be submitted after the initial claim to prove my old siding was no longer available, so I was not surprised when my insurance company only approved replacing the roof and some of my siding. After Rachid submitted the siding supplement and needed proof my insurance company still did not approve the siding. Rachid continued dealing directly with them, and the owner, Jordan, also stepped in to help escalate the issue and submit all the additional information they requested on the building codes in my county and other documentation supporting why my claim should be approved. Rachid and Jordan persistently did all the work to get the siding approved and gave me timely progress updates. They knew the insurance company would eventually be required to approve the claim and reassured me they would see it through until that happened, which was a huge relief to me. Finally, after several months, the insurance company reassigned my claim to another adjuster who apologized for the unresponsiveness of the initial claims adjusters and immediately approved the siding supplement. I was so impressed with Liberty Home Remodeling that I decided to also have all my ageing windows and doors replaced at the same time the repairs were being made. All the work done on my house was impeccable. The materials used were very high quality, and I am very happy with the results! No more cold drafts, and the roof, siding, windows and doors look fabulous! The workers were friendly, efficient and thorough. They also cleaned up any debris left at the end of the day. Several of my neighbors saw the excellent job they did and engaged Liberty Home Remodeling to work on their homes as well. If your home needs repairs, Liberty Home Remodeling is the company to use!

Liberty Home came by after a hailstorm to assess the damage on our home. They were easy to work with and did all of the heavy lifting with our insurance company. True professionals.

LHR has been outstanding for our home. We had a rough storm come through which caused roof damage and LHR guided us through all the steps it would take to get us a beautiful new roof. Detailed pictures of the damage and estimates were shared with us in a non “pressure tactic” setting. From there, they worked with us on picking options of type, color, and shape for our shingles as well as any add ons we may like. Then availability was shared and flexible around our schedule. The install went great! Very professional, efficient, and kind install team. Through it all, LHR was transparent, responded quickly to any and all questions we had with great answers, and incredibly friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a great customer service experience, great price, and great product. I had one of the best experience with Liberty Home Remodeling for my roof, gutters and screens. Their certifications are the same as the insurance adjuster from USAA. Omar the vice president is so easy to contact and answer questions. Everything was so easy and they even got me in faster than expected. The crew was amazing and friendly. The roof crew kept the area clean and ensured everything was cleaned up prior to them leaving. The gutter crew ensured that my new 6" gutters were of the best quality, mounted correctly and kept the area clean. The screen guy was just so friendly and quick. I couldn't of have asked for a better company to take care of me and my family.

We have dealt with Liberty Home Remodeling for several projects and have always been happy with the results. They replaced our roof, siding and gutters, and we have purchased several windows from them as well -- some of our old windows were extremely water-damaged and they redid all of the woodwork. They also installed all the trim around our house and on our front porch. We also plan to hire them to install an egress window. As far as cost, they are very reasonable! They are our go-to company and we love working with Omar.

We worked with Liberty Home Remodeling to repair our exterior roof and interior ceiling/painting due to ceiling water leaks. The communication between the adjuster was very prompt and quick. We were able to get a estimate quickly and the adjuster really explained the whole process in full detail and told us everything we should expect. He was very professional. We were able to get started right away and they were flexible with scheduling too! We had a snow storm right before our repair date, but they let us know ahead of time about schedule changes and worked around the storm.

The roof repairs were done quickly and updates us on all the repairs that were done. We had the interior ceiling and painting done a week later after they were able to inspect the roofing was done properly to make sure we didn't need any other repairs. The exterior and interior repairs were done very nicely and it feels like a new home again! I'm glad we were able to work with Liberty Home Remodeling for our repairs and I would definitely recommend!!

I'm delighted to share our positive experience with Liberty Home Remodeling in Chantilly! We experienced a pretty bad hail storm in Aldie this September that destroyed our vehicles that were parked in our driveway, and the very next day following the hail storm we had nearly a dozen local and national contractors at our doorstep asking if they could conduct a free assessment of our roof damage. Because we had never made an insurance claim in 20+ years of homeownership, and that we previously had a very subpar experience with a different local roofing contractor that we had used to replace the roof on our prior home at our own expense, we were reluctant to commit to a contractor that we did not fully research or trust.

During, roof installation, they notified us promptly when they discovered an issues under the roof and fixed it without any charge. They cleaned all debris after roof installation and also came back next day to make sure everything was cleaned up properly. Our house suffered devastating damage due to a fallen tree from our backyard and as a result, we needed a complete overhaul to our roof, siding, living and dining rooms. We had an unusual incident, where a car drove into our home. It did not come all the way through the house, but still left significant damage externally (window, brick, siding, etc.) and internally (drywall repairs, windows, painting, etc.). Through insurance, we were provided with a list of companies that could provide the services we were looking for. After meeting with several of the companies, we went with Omar and Liberty Home Remodeling. We felt reassured and confident that his team could restore the home back to its original state. His team was always on time and efficient in their repairs. They did an excellent job making the house look as though a car never hit it. If I had any issues with the work, they were quick to come back and make sure it was done to my satisfaction. His team was always very professional, courteous and were good about cleaning up after each job. I appreciated Omar's communication whenever there was a delay (mainly due to insurance) or just his availability to answer any questions I had. We even had a few additional jobs that his team was able to complete while they were working on the initial repairs. Overall, really great experience with LHR and would definitely recommend them to others and plan to use them again for future projects.

Knew we needed a new roof. Got quote from Liberty and one other company. Not only was their quote lower for same product but Liberty reported and worked with our insurance company to show the storm damage and get them to cover most of the repairs. Did a great job and got us our new roof. I would(and have) recommended them without hesitation and will continue to do so as well as will be using them for a few other projects we have in the coming years. 5 stars isn’t enough.

I hired Liberty Home Remodeling to replace 90% of my windows in 2021. From start to finish, everything was perfect. They communicated with me every step of the way and installed 18 windows in half the day and was very professional. We decided to do the last few of the windows that we didnt touch. I went with LHR again because of how great they did the first time. I also told them verbally, I want to have everything the same. We set up the schedule for them to come at 1 pm. I get a knock on the door at around 8:00 am. I told them I wasnt expecting them until the afternoon and they said they were told to come in the morning. I allowed them to get started. As they were finishing up, I went to look at the install. All 4 windows didnt open as smooth as I am use with the original ones that were installed in 2021. The one set of windows in the Master Bathroom only had 1 lock instead of 2 which frustrated me. I called Jeff and shared my concerns. He came out the following Monday to look at the work and go over my concerns. He said the threshold for Windows are deemed acceptable and I should wait till summer because during winter, house expands or contracts due to weather so it will get better. I then show him concern with the single lock. He said thats how the window comes due to size. I then told him that the other windows that are the same size have dual locks.
He then says it was oversight on his part for not including it in the contract. He then said if I want to have two locks, I will have to pay extra. Since when does a customer need to pay an extra charge for an oversight that the company made? I told them from the beginning, I want the windows to be the same to be consistent. Its like ordering siding for the house and having a part a different shade. After he left, I shared my concerns and asked Jeff to see what can be done to fix this error. He responds once saying that I will have to pay extra. I asked him to reconsider or help us out and he doesnt respond. A couple days later, his company sends me the remaining bill. I was very dissapointed with this past experience and will reconsider if I will continue doing business with them.

We just had Liberty Home Remodeling: replace our roof, replace our siding, replace a bad window and install insulation in our garage attic, and our house looks GREAT!! It's been the talk of all the neighbors! We are so pleased with the final work and appearance of our house!! Working with Omar and all the folks at LHR was a very pleasant experience. Our job involved an insurance claim but not a problem. LHR (Omar) worked directly with our insurance adjustor and then provided us with a very detailed explanation of our coverage. In the end there were no surprises or unexpected costs, and we were kept informed as the project progressed. And let's not forget the terrific men that did the actual work! So nice and their hard work and attention to detail was exceptional! You can see the pride of their work in the final results!

We needed to replace our entire roof. Liberty Home Remodeling came out and gave us service that exceeded our expectations. They were quick, efficient, and had a polite and hard-working crew. They even came out the day after with magnetic tools to ensure that all of the nails and debris from the project was picked up and disposed of from our yard and deck. We really appreciated their work and professionalism and their price beat the the others we had checked out.

We had LHR install a new roof and gutter system. While they were not the cheapest, they were considered the most reliable and fetish for using only high-value products that would last for many years. Additionally, they were highly professional and never tried to push their services or any particular product. Their inspections and follow-up quality controls were quick, aggressive, and thorough.

In our case, we consulted them a year ago when we were having other repairs done. Then, one year later, they came prepared with all the previous photos and assessments. We're very happy with them.

Liberty was right in the middle, but came across as truly understanding my situation, and having things under control. They are exactly what they claim. From soup to nuts, Liberty was exemplary. It did not matter who I spoke to or what their role was, every person was professional, courteous, respectful, knew what was going on, and above all, responsive. I was nervous about a job this big, but they just nailed it....so to speak. They completely relieved my worry. I give Liberty my highest recommendation. Liberty Remodeling replaced my roof, repaired damaged wood underneath, and replaced two skylights. Great experience overall. We received and a variety of quotes and they offered one of the best value bids. Despite being lower cost their service was excellent. Our rep Omar was generous with his time and expertise, and their customer service reps were efficient and helpful. The scope of our project changed a few times (more damage than expected, needed different kinds of lights) and they were fair with changes. I also wanted to pay in a specific way and they were willing to work with me there. Ultimately they installed the main roof in a day and it looks great.

5 stars for roofing. Very professional & I am impressed by the way the let you know they are there to do work, instead of just showing up & starting. This is helpful when you have a dog. Roofing was covered under insurance claim which went very smoothly & Omar explained well & took time to listen & answer questions. Unstressful situation & helpful in dealing with insurance company with quick turnaround & no pressure.
For extra non-roofing work took a while with lack of communication as status of when coming to do work, that's why gave 3 stars. It was explained later why it took so long to get extra work done.

Liberty replaced all my siding and trim and installed new gutters. Liberty communicated with me very well throughout the process and I was very pleased with the final outcome.

Liberty did a full roof replacement and skylight replacement on my home. They also routed bathroom vent fans through the attic and out new vents in the roof. The service was top notch. They communicated every step of the way and the workmanship was high quality. Would recommend their services.

Extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and skillful in producing exactly what one has in mind. They replaced my front door and sidelights to exactly what I envisioned for my front door at an excellent price ($2-3k less than the the other top door replacement companies in the DMV area).

An excellent company to do business with. My roof was wind damaged and they negotiated with my insurance company to get it covered. Only half of the roof was damaged but all the tiles needed to be replaced so they would match in color and style. LHR kept finding problems with the estimate and after pointing them out, the insurance would cover them. The entire roof was replaced in a single day. The materials were delivered the day before, to the roof! (Cool!). The quality of work was very good and clean up was very thorough. I would hire them again without hesitation.

I got my roof replaced with LHR in early July. I found them to be most professional and knowledgeable after my interviews with at least 5 other contracting companies. They were polite, quick to respond no matter what day and time I contacted them (yes, even on weekends!), and followed up on their words. They performed the job well, telling me well in advance what to expect so there were no surprises at all, and now I am worry free for next 20 years :-) I have no hesitation in recommending their services for anyone's roofing needs.

In February, 2020 we had an F0 tornado in Leesburg, VA with 80 mph winds that did damage to our 18 year old roof and siding. Quite a few contractors came to our house that day but we chose to work with the most polite and professional among them: Rachid of Liberty Home Remodeling.

We could not be happier with our decision. Rachid worked closely with us and with our USAA Insurance adjuster and basically held our hand through the entire process. We ended up with a new roof and new siding (with major code upgrades) installed by Liberty's roofing and siding crews and they did a fabulous job on everything.

I am late in given my review. I was very pleased with my new roof that was completed in March. Omar explained in great detail the roof installation procedures that would take place. All the ladies in the office were very helpful and kind during the entire process.

Referred by our Realtor to Liberty for a leaking pipe jack on the roof of our town house. Liberty installed a new roof on both my fathers home and my home. My fathers work went well I assume as he paid for it and went on his way. My home , totally different story. My house was not completed in 1 day as promised. They ran out of shingles and came back days later to finish the peak. The peak of my roof was not completed and I was told it was watertight. It was not. It rained that night and I got water damage in the ceiling of the second floor, the ceiling of the first floor and the hardwood on the first floor. I informed liberty however they declined any responsibility. They did not complete the work on my house or shed. They came back months later to finish the copper roof replacement and the gutters on the house however they never completed the roof on my shed. Nor did they ever fix the damage to the drywall and hardwood floors. This was in 2016. Fast forward to now March 2020. The roof on my dads home is leaking and caused drywall damage to the 2cd floor ceiling. I called Liberty to repair it. Liberty had no record of doing the roof on my fathers house but found “some “ documentation of doing the work. Liberty however refused to honor the warranty repair work on my fathers house because of the situation with my house. Liberty expects me to finish paying about $6600 due them for the wok on my house...mind you that the shed roof is still not complete and the drywall and floor damage is still not repaired..roughly $19,000 to fix and replace all damage and make it right. Note, this is March 2020 and my father passed away on 3/19/2020 which is how I found out about the roof leaking. Your choice..

Amazing service. My neighbor recommended LHR to me a couple of months ago. They came and made a free and honest assessment to my roof, saying that my roof was not in such a bad shape even though we wanted to change it. The service was amazing. They were punctual, very careful, hard-working, and responsive. In addition, they made everything they could to lower the prices and agree on a payment arrangement. I am particularly grateful with Shane Tylor who was on top of the work all the time. He was open to suggestions, collaborative, and honest in his opinion. During the negotiation process, he constantly kept my interests in my mind even at the cost of less profit for LHR.

There are few companies with equal customer service, friendly attitude, and interest in building great relationships. I was very pleased with Omar and his team. I had a small home job that needed some materials and he worked outside of his minimum requirement just to assist me. You can be assured that when I have bigger jobs and neighbors who need remodeling, we will be going to Liberty Home Remodeling. Great name too! Thank you.

I had replace my roof a couple of years ago and recently I noticed a spot on the ceiling of my daughter’s room. I’d called the owner and he responded right away by having someone come out the following day. I can only appreciate what he did because other companies would have delayed coming out since they would not be making any money. The man stands by his words and what’s written on the contract. Liberty Home Remodeling (LHR) was referred to me by a close friend who is also a realtor. She has used them for her house and many of her clients have used LHR as well. along with her clients. I was extremely pleased to work with a company who truly cares about meeting customer expectations. Omar, who was my contact, stayed on top of things from the beginning to the end of the project. It included a new full bathroom, sheet rock, tiling, painting and hardwood floors on the entire main level of the house. Thank you for doing an outstanding job!!!

It was a pleasure and wonderful experience working with Omar and Rachid. My boyfriend was always able to reach them at anytime via phone or text and they completed the work on our home in only 1 day. They repaired our entire roof and some damaged siding as well. Truly an excellent team there at LHR and look forward to working with them again in the future.

This Company does excellent work! They are professional, easy to work with and pleasant to be around. When they are done with the work, they do a great job of cleaning the space. The turned my roof into a beautiful roof. They also tore down my old leaky roof replaced it with a modern looking one. It was a large area and I couldn't ask for higher quality. They are honorable people and do what they commit to do. They place customer service at a high premium.

After my roof got damaged from a hail storm. Liberty came out and replaced my roof with no hassle and worked very well with the insurance company to get the job done. They did an amazing job on repairing my roof and siding and I have had zero problems with them or their craftsmanship.

I send all of my friends to them for big and little jobs, Highly recommend them if you want the job done right the first time someone of my Neighbors were not so lucky and got the run around from insurence companies and scammers.
