Roofs are expensive! If a roof needs to be replaced, the materials and work for a new roof should be the best you can find.
After a hail storm last summer (golf ball sized hail) we needed new metal roofs, rain gutters and snow retention bars on our east mountain home and garage. After getting several estimates and interviewing personnel from four roofing companies, we selected LGND roofing.
LGND is an excellent contractor and their estimate for the roofing work was very reasonable. In addition, Octavio Reyna, owner of LGND was a pleasure to work with. He is professional, great communicator and knows the latest technology in the roofing industry. For our home he suggested a standing seam, 24 gauge metal roof as a replacement along with six inch rain gutters.
Not an easy installation, but LGND has some of best roofing crews working in New Mexico. Their crews are very hardworking, on time and the end product is flawless. And, they left our property very clean.
We are very happy with our new roofs, rain gutters and snow retention bars. I highly recommend LGND Roofing! Please see the photos below.

I do not usually leave a review uless I am thoroughly dissatisfied. I expect quality work for the money a company is paid per contract. However, I am writing this review because of the exceptional service I have received from Octavio Reyna and his crew at this company.
I had my roof blown off and my ceiling in my bedroom collapse because of the wind and rain storm in June.
I called my insurance company and got little satisfaction from their reply. Since they left me to do most of the work, I got really lucky when I found Legend roofing.
Octavio came out and looked at my damage and explained how insurance claims worked.
After getting two different claims adjustors ( the first one did not accomplish anything), an agreement on payment amount was finally determined. This took two months or more.
When Octavio noticed my frustration and illness, he finally decided to do the repairs before payment (He still has not been completely paid). He talked to the insurance company and the mortgage company and took all of that on while I have been going through ongoing medical problems.
He had very good contractors come in and do the work professionally and timely. I cannot say enough about how they worked and how courteous they were.
We have finally gotten to where the company might be paid within the next few weeks. It has been four months until we reached this point, but I have ben living comfortablyfor the last six weeks.
If you are ever in the need for roofing, please, I implore you to reach out to Legend Roofing and Octavio Roofing.

Octavio from LGND Roofing came to my house to inspect and quote the repair of a roof leak in my metal roof. He found and reported that the source of the leak was something I or a handyman could remediate for a niminal amount. He recommended the material to be used and there was no charge for the on site inspection and quote. Refreshinh to deal with this ethical company

I highly recommend Legend roofing. Octavio came to my home for a free estimate tomrepair an unknown roof leak. He could esily have told me we need to tear the old roof off to find the leak and then replace it. He did not do that. He honestly told me the three most likely sources of the leak and how I could remedy these by myself with some recommended products that he did not offer to sell to me. Refreshing to see there are still ethical contractors out there.

I dealt with Octovio for my neighbors TPO flat roof replacement .The workers did an excellent job on the roof. They added styrofoam to create a slope. Even though the job seemed to take longer then had planned on .They remained very meticulous..

These guys' are top notch. I was the first house in my neighborhood to go solar 4 years ago and have had a pigeon problem since day 1 of the install. I had no clue how to go about fixing the problem and then Elmer stopped by and told me how he could fix the problem. I jumped at the chance to be done with these menace birds! I couldn't be more pleased at the job they did and Elmer went above and beyond to take care of every problem he came across up there for what I would call a very reasonable price. I will be calling him back in a year to check everything again to make sure they stay gone! I can't thank you enough Elmer!

Octavio at LGND roofing is the best, most honest contractor I’ve had to come out for an estimate on wind damage to my roof that has resulted in a bad leak in my ceiling. He came out for an estimate at no charge, spent considerable time with a friend reviewing the ceiling damage and inspecting the roof and soffit. I’m wheelchair bound and can’t inspect any of the roof or soffit. Octavio could have quoted me a complete re-roof, but instead made recommendations on how I could have my friend fix the problem inexpensively with some recommended products. As with other contractors in the past, I could have been quoted repairs for thousands of dollars, but instead was given free advice. Only person I will ever call in the future for any roof problems.

Needed to replace a 20 year old flat tar and gravel roof. Shopped around for awhile and chose LGND. The salesperson, Octavio, was very generous with their time in explaining my options and gave me a great quote. They were in and out in a day and a half. Months later I had a radon mitigation system installed and LGND came by to do some finishing work at my request. Stand up people who stand by their work. An easy recommend.

They came and now they are gone. Two day job. Awesome work. They were trying for one day. But mother nature rain them out. They even clean up after too. Would recommend them 100% to friends and family. Glad they came and help. Tried to use insurance. But they only would do repairs. We tried repairs, but it keep getting worse. So l just use my own money to replace the hold roof myself. Thank to Octavio step and help me as much as he could. Awesome solving my problems. Thanks to his friends. Super happy with my experience with LGND roofing! The recent storms damaged my roof and caused leaks. A few of my neighbors have used LGND for their roofs so I gave them a call and I’m so happy I did. The process was very seamless. All I had to do was give them a call, they came out to inspect the damage the same day. Octavio did a thorough inspection and concluded I had enough damage to get it covered by my insurance company. He handled the process from start to finish and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The roofing crew was professional, clean and fast!! It’s hard to find reliable companies here in abq but I’m happy I found one I feel comfortable referring others to.
