1 star because I cannot put zero or negative stars. I would like to personally talk to anyone giving this company 5 stars. From the beginning to the end, it was a total nightmare. Literally, I have PTSD from my doorbell ringing early in the morning, waking me up after my 12 hour night shift. With no respect for the client or common business etiquette, they scheduled themselves without ANY communication and just showed up. EVERY single time they came to my house (which was honestly more than 19 times) they would show up, look around and leave to get materials. For HOURS. Sometimes they didn’t come back or even call. Often times they said they would be back and never returned, leaving me waiting, wasting MY time and money, until I called them!! After months of asking if they could actually see if I’m available BEFORE they want to show up, I was met with sighs saying they would have to reschedule. How can they reschedule something if they never scheduled it with the client!!! They left demolished pieces everywhere around my house and in the most inconvenient places. They took no precaution to not damage my home more. No foot protection was worn during a DEMO and REMODEL! The lack of communication of this company has left me speechless. I do not understand how they are still in business. I’ve heard of horror stories of contractors but I never thought I’d live it! The project was for quoted 10 days. It took over 6 MONTHS. The employees have no knowledge of what they are doing when they come to the site, often asking ME why they were there!! Workers complained about the company. Telling me how things don’t get done right because they have 55 jobs right now. The most unprofessional thing I experienced was interacting with Maggie. In all my years of customer service and management, I’ve NEVER encountered such a rude, disrespectful person working for a business. After an incident, she was asked not to return to my house. This child disguised in a women’s body had the nerve and unprofessionalism to show up again. Most of the employees were friendly but that does not make up for every other single aspect of this company being terrible. No communication between employees or clients in a job that has moving parts is just unacceptable. Having a leak in your house is a traumatic event. LFP has made this event catastrophically worse!
