I’m so glad I chose Levite Construction to remodel my kitchen. Yair Levi and Barak Tamir headed up the construction team. They were both extremely responsive and organized in getting everything done. Natali was the designer and she worked with me until I got exactly the materials I wanted. It was exactly 5 weeks from tear down to professional cleaners coming and cleaning the new kitchen. It felt very fast! I love my new kitchen!

I had an amazing opportunity to work with Levite Construction to remodel my old condo. Yair, the G.C & Co-founder of the company was there from the start to the finish. He organized all his people so that work progressed efficiently and proficiently. Also, he listened to my priorities and concerns, and he made sure those were met. During the final stages, Barak made sure all improvements (both indoor and the public areas) were done in a timely manner. Thank you VERY MUCH for your wonderful work! I had a small bathroom in my 1914 house redone and decided to go with the bid from Levite Construction because the overall estimated cost came in quite a bit lower than several other design/build companies and I was impressed with the on-site visit by the project manager Coral and his attention to detail.

Working with the designer Natali was very productive and useful at the start of the process, given the overwhelming number of choices. Natali picked up very quickly on what I like, and with her help we could zero in on tiling and hardware choices efficiently.

Communication throughout the process was excellent. Having a responsive project manager as a single contact point across the many tasks and subcontractors was a big plus. In an old house it is par for the course that there will be some surprises (plaster walls, plumbing out of code etc.) requiring the occasional adjustment of plans - this is where a good communication channel becomes essential to avoid delays and stress.

The project was completed on time and within budget, and I am very happy with the result. At the end of the project I was especially impressed with the flexibility to have all remaining cosmetic issues addressed very quickly until I was completely satisfied.

Levite Construction just completed a remodel of our master bathroom. We are thrilled with the result. Natali, our designer, was invaluable in helping us to choose the various components (tile, flooring, vanity, etc.). I asked Yair up front for a time estimate. He told me three to four weeks, and that was right on the money. At the time I wondered how it could take that long, but now I see how much goes into it, and I'm amazed they were able to meet that promise. The workers were here almost every single day (M-F), and they took very few breaks. Yair was very conscientious about keeping us updated and explaining each step along the way.

I believe we got three bids on this project. Levite was competitive with the other two. We couldn't be happier with the look and feel of our new master bathroom, so I feel very good about the value we received for our investment. Thank you Levite!

I rarely provide FIVE STAR ratings, as there is seemingly always something that can be done better. And we all (did) learn from the experience too. But in this case, I'll make an exception: FIVE STARS!! (even if there are still opportunities). Levite Construction managed the major remodel of three bathrooms in our upper floor, with very stunning results. If you see bathrooms described as "specially selected tiles, the aquamarine hue kissed with a gold dust finish", and "...transformation of art and function...", that is our project (two of the bathrooms). And one of the best things about this experience: the (estimated) price was the price, irrespective of the changes to original plan that inevitably ensue. Now, if we ever resell, we have three incredibly well-executed bathroom remodels to enhance the value -- and enjoy in the meantime.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Yair, Natali and the great team of Levite Construction on a comprehensive renovation project in my house, and the experience was remarkable. Levite completed a 3rd floor bathroom remodeling project for us. They did an excellent job on a time compressed schedule. From contract negotiation to completion they were courteous, responsive, very professional and straightforward. I don’t even know where to begin when writing this review. From the moment I met Yair & Natali I knew this was the perfect team to bring my vision to life. Everyone warned me that contractors can be unreliable and a pain to work with. All I can say is that I had the OPPOSITE of that experience. It was nothing but smooth sailing from start to finish. I'm a music producer in Bellevue and when the time was right to build my recording studio the first G.C i consulted with was Yair from Levite Construction. We have worked on a complete sound proofing plan for the new studio. The insulation they installed is amazing, my studio is completely sound proof. The light they installed creates a beautiful embiance in the room and the drywall and paint work is very professional. Every one of my clients is impressed by the studio we built and i enjoy working and felling that i was able to build my dream studio together with Levite Construction. Here's the only thing you need to know about Levite Construction: If you want a remodeling experience that's as stress-free as possible, you should most definitely hire them.

We hired them to do a kitchen and two-bathroom remodel in summer/fall 2020. It all turned into a much more complicated job than expected once we hit some roadblocks with city permits and such. None of it was Levite's fault. But our project manager Yair -- who owns the company -- made it a point to BE the point person between us and the city. He was the guy who met with the inspector, explained policies to us, advocated for us, and went to bat for us against the city. He made a complicated situation easier for US, and I really appreciated that!

Above all, from start to finish, Yair and his interior designer Natali were wonderful to work with. All those stereotypes about contractors being super flaky are true -- but Yair is the exception. He promptly answered all our calls, texts and emails and was always very helpful with updates and information. He also tries to work with YOUR schedule and not try to make you work within HIS. So if you work a M-F job and can't meet with him till 6:30 p.m., that's fine. If you want to chat on a Sunday, that's fine too. He goes out of his way to try to help YOU.

The project was completed on budget and on time. And we're super happy with the results. Our kitchen and bathrooms look GORGEOUS. And Yair has an eye for detail and incorporated some very thoughtful touches as well -- for instance, he installed a light in a crawl space under the stairs because he thought that would be helpful. It is. He also moved the toilet a couple inches away from the walk-in shower because he wanted to ensure the shower was comfortably wide.

The after-project service has been amazing too. Yair always promptly answers any questions I have any anything related to the bathroom or kitchen. And even months later, he's come out to help troubleshoot things on a couple of occasions too.

In short, I would highly, highly recommend Yair, Natali and this very professional company for all your construction, remodel and contracting needs! Look no further!

It's been a year we did a kitchen remodeling. Even after a year, whenever we are looking at the kitchen, we can't thank enough to Yair and his team, especially to Paul, for our beautiful kitchen. Liran and his crew did an amazing job transforming our old basement workshop into a luxury bathroom. This was a project we had been planning out for a long time, so it was important to us that we found the right company for the job. We ended up going with Liran and Superlative Construction in the end, and don't regret it at all. The first thing that stuck out to us was Liran's responsiveness and knowledge. He made himself available shortly after our initial request and was able to go into detail about the different options we had and the amount of work involved. After we made the decision to move forward with the project, Liran was able to move fast on getting the work done. The bulk of the work was completed in about 3.5 weeks with just some small finishing touches remaining. This at times meant quite a few workers in and out of the house some days, but they were able to accomplish a lot in a small amount of time. The work itself is quality and the bathroom is a game changer in our daily routines. Throughout the whole project, Liran kept us updated on the progress and was always available to us for question, sometimes even in the after hours.

There’s not a single day that we don’t pad on the back of ourselves for doing a good job choosing Superlative Constructions for our home project, from the beginning to the end, till now and we know that will last for years to come! The crews are very professional and punctuate. And our project stayed in the budget with super high quality of work as promised! The project is complete without any compromise but went WAY beyond our expectations. There is not a single inch that I am not fully satisfied with.

We had kitchen project, living room, and office. There were multiple times that we ran into complications. Yair the project manager, and Paul the key contractor, made sure that our hearts rested assured that they’d figure things out— and they DID. We’re not only impressed, but touched by Superlative. They worked as it’s their friends’ house that they were taking extra care of. Yair came to our home to visit, checked the quality of work, addressed any concerns that we may have almost everyday. Paul showed up early and worked throughout the days really hard, with precision and professionalism— he made sure to do things right, instead of picking easy routes. They were super transparent with us. They spent time and efforts explained things in details with us (if we chose to know)— they made it easy to understand why things were done the way they were, or what options we had to deal with any complications so that we could make informative decisions. As we are living in our renewed home by Superlative, I appreciated their work more and more. They used high-end materials, parts and electrics. For example, no single component (for example, faucet, disposal, sink, even screws) was cheapy product. Also, I should mention that Paul did an awesome job for the kitchen to align all our appliances and flush them into cabinets without any space matriculated. Our cabinets were not even customized but Superlative made all cabinets and appliances perfectly flushed as if we customized them for our kitchen. And we are very thankful to the team for being flexible and patient with us even when we changed our mind during the process for certain design decisions, and adopted our new choice by figuring things out.

Now we’re enjoying our beautiful and well functional kitchen. Our friends are all impressed and amazed by our kitchen. It’s all thanks to Superlative! We can’t thank them enough! We had a very good experience with this home remodeling contractor company. Finding the right home remodeling company that could handle a large project like we had wasn't easy. Superlative construction and Remodeling company were able to meet our tight schedule and they were fast and efficient. A week after we signed the working contract they sent out a large team of home remodeling contractors who were very professional and very patient with our small changes. In addition they offered some great ideas and upgraded the entire home remodeling project.
Their maintained a very high standard of work and throughout the home remodeling project and took extra care to leave the area clean at the end of the day.

First things first I loved the fact that Liran arrived with a mask and gloves especially with the Covid-19 pandemic. When Liran arrived he was very informative, he provided me with all the information I need, I wanted to make a few changes in the house such as bathroom and kitchen remodeling. When I showed Liran a few of the projects I saw online. He understood the style that I wanted and right away we connected and I was very confident with the knowledge that he provided me, he explained everything in depth, and with in a few minutes I knew that Liran knew what he was talking about, the meeting that went on for about 3 hours felt like 20 minutes. These folks were very professional from start to finish. I had a response and a visit from one of their associates within 24 hours. He came prepared for COVID with a mask for all of our visits and respected all social distancing norms. I had a small job, and they were able to schedule me exactly in the window I wanted. Even a bit sooner than initially quoted. The price was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, when asked about the quote, he reasonably explained what I was paying for, to my excitement it's quality and customer experience which I couldn't have been more happy about. This was a patio paver extension with a mix of old and new pavers, the team on site, did an amazing job of blending the old and new tiles to make it feel more natural and less like a seam between old and new. My wife and I have a garage conversion project we want to do, and these will be the folks I call first.
