These guys were so professional! They dealt with the insurance company it was a turn key operation. I cannot recommend them enough. They were even able to get my gutters replaced. 6 months after my painter got paint on the new roof. They actually sent out a guy to fix it and it wasn’t even their fault. Great people!

I contacted Level Up after noticing their work being done on a bunch of other homes in my neighborhood. From the very first phone call with Jon, he was knowledgeable, honest, thorough and patient. Jon handled all of the calls with my homeowners insurance and even got me a second inspection after the first one initially denied my claim. Turnaround time after the second inspection and approval was pretty quick as well, despite the weather taking a significant nosedive in the interim. The crew that showed up for the install did an amazing job keeping the property and landscaping free of debris over the course of 4 days - they were great and even helped reconnect my Christmas lights every night before they left. I can't recommend Jon and his crew enough- he made what I anticipated to be an extremely stressful experience the complete opposite- it was smooth sailing the entire time, and I couldn't be happier with my new roof and the work these guys did. We were approved by our insurance for a new roof on our home. We were working with a roofing contractor until we met Jon from Level Up Restoration. Jon’s company, Level Up Restoration had already installed a new roof and gutters on my neighbors home. We got quotes from several local contractors besides Jon. It was clear to us that he stood far above all the others in his approach to repairing our roof. He was the only contractor who went into our attic to access what our home needed. He invested his time and expertise as if it was his own home. He even showed us around our neighborhood to help us make the right decision of our roof color. His attention to detail was amazing! I was actually signed up with a different contractor, and after talking in depth about the process and expectations of siding replacement with Jon, I switched to LevelUpRestoration which turned out to be a very good decision.
