Well Mr. Level 5 let me be the first one to give you a zero star rating, and pop your bubble. We had work done by your company with unsatisfied results. Trying to reach you for 3 months to resolve the problem,with no answer.but you was aware of the time limit for the ROC was expiring so you dragged it on. Please do not believe any replies on level 5 roofing unless you check on Yelp and Facebook.those are the true results.

This company is absolutely horrible. Just the fact that their website states that their Google and Facebook reviews are all 5 stars goes to show how deceitful they really are. Go ahead and check out both Google and Facebook reviews you will see. I hired Level 5 Roofing to replace my roof after meeting Anthony at the AZ home and garden show. Anthony told me that they replaced the sheathing and so I decided to go up and check it out. Well I found out they didn't replace all the wood I could hear it cracking and sagging everywhere I stepped. I was afraid of falling through the wood. At this point they were already installing the shingles and was about half way done. I called Anthony and told him if this is what I was getting he could have his guys "get the hell off my property". I was extremely angry and felt that I was being taken advantage of. It was such a horrible job. After talking with me he agreed to have his guys tear off the shingles and replace the wood sheathing "Like he originally said" and start over which pushed the job back. I didn't want to spend the time starting over looking for another roofer and I figured since I caught them doing such a horrible job that they would have to step up and pay extra close attention to detail knowing they were being watched. Well they still didn't do a good job as you can tell in the pictures they cut the fascia to short and let gaps in it and well as the roof STILL being soft in certain spots. They put way to many nails in the shingles as you can tell in the pics. I literally have one of their workers on video admitting that they didn't expect me to go up on the roof and check as nobody ever does. So I can imagine how many elderly people get swindled by this company. I have more than enough evidence from the pic's, check stating they would give me a warranty without any exclusions and or contingencies that they cashed "Accepting terms", the emails, texts and video correspondence with Anthony where he admitted his guys did a bad job and that he would fix it and warranty it. I am currently seeking a lawyer. I just reached out to Anthony Champagne by email asking about having a leak fixed where their employee fell through my roof because they didn't put the sheathing down in that spot yet and to no surprise I haven't received a response. I will continue emailing him and the company in hopes they don't respond so I will have further evidence to use. I didn't immediately seek to sue because Anthony gave me his word that if there was any leaks he would get it taken care of immediately. I also have him on video stating that as well.

We bought a home that level 5 Roofing had done the roof just over a year before. During inspection the roof was found to have many problems. We closed on our home in May 2023 we have yet to have our roof repaired on our almost half million dollar home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK OR WARRANTY. ITS BEEN NOTHING BUT A SICKENING BATTLE.

Level 5 roofing did a fantastic job repairing our roof after another contractor left us with a leaking roof and refused to fix it. They were on time, professional and did a great job! I only wish we had gone with them the first time! It was a big job and we are thankful they were able to help us. Definitely would use them in the future if the need arises on any of our other homes.

I have a rental property in Tempe and we had a roof leak. We called Level 5 Roofing. They were honest and very communicative. If you want a professional experience, call them.

We hired Level 5 to replace two separate roofs, one asphalt and one concrete shingles. Great job on the asphalt but after the first rain on the concrete shingles, water was pouring through the roof into the master bedroom where a transition went over the porch. They came out to fix the improper transition but left a mess from the flooding; including water damage in the ceiling, walls and carpet. After several attempts to contact them, Chris came out and said there is surely damage and he would relay the request for repairs. After multiple attempts to get an answer, Level 5 just stopped responding. The roofing was satisfactory for the first roof and satisfactory for the second after the repair. I do not recommend Level 5 because of the lack of integrity in completing the job and lack of responsiveness.

I called several roofing companies after one of the recent storms caused damage to my roof and Level 5 Roofing was the first to get back to me and stayed consistent with communication throughout the entire process. They were fair, honest, and professional. Highly recommend giving them a call!

In early 2022 we contracted with Level 5 to install new underlayment on our tile roof. Work was done under the supervision of their Tucson office. As soon as we had a rainstorm, we had a couple leaks that needed immediate repair. Level 5 was unable to find a crew to come and fix the leak so I had to hire another firm to do the work. While fixing the leak they discovered that the storm did not cause the problems. Rather there were several instances of poor installation that resulted in the leaking roof. Level 5 told me that the Tucson group had left the company and that they would be unable to get help in this area to repair the poor work. So, I paid several thousand dollars to have a different company do the work. Forget about the Level 5 guarantee...worthless. I would not recommend hiring this company.

We replaced the A/C unit on the roof of our townhouse in Scottsdale, AZ in July 2022. The removal (old unit) and installation (new unit) by the A/C contractor required various incursions/cutting into the surrounding foam roofing to complete the job. The A/C contractor very highly recommended Level 5 Roofing in Chandler, AZ, whom they had worked with a number of times previously, for similar post-A/C unit installation roof repair jobs.

I reached out to Level 5 owner Derek F., with a short turnaround schedule, to quote and schedule the necessary repairs to the foam roofing. Derek was very friendly and responsive, and immediately supportive with a 'can do' attitude. Despite my short notice, he was able to have a team out to perform the necessary foam roof repairs immediately after the A/C contractor had completed their work (same day).

Working with Derek F. and the Level 5 Roofing team was a pleasure, their work was outstanding and fairly priced, and they earned my trust through this process. I would use them again in a heartbeat for any roofing needs, and would similarly recommend them to anyone. Thank You Derek and Level 5 Roofing!

Everything with this company started off great; however, when it came down to completing the discussed aspect of our roof work not all components were completed. When I reached out about the missing components, I was ensured a team would be sent out to complete the job. The team never showed up. I then followed up with phone calls and emails to this company and not a single person emailed or called me back. Very disappointed in the lack of professional communication. Still need the work that was supposed to be finished completed and still waiting to hear back a week later.

We contacted several roofing companies in the Chino Valley, Prescott area but none of them followed up or even wanted to come out and check our roof after we had a severe hail storm in August. Found Level 5 roofing to be willing to come out and inspect our roof shortly after contacting them. Level 5 Roofing did an outstanding job with roof replacement on our home in Chino Valley AZ. Also included was replacement of the dry rotted fascia boards where needed. They did a fine cleanup after the job was completed as well. Five star service with very competitive rates. The employees were professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. Excellent communication. Answered all questions we had concerning installation of the new roofing. Would highly recommend them.
