We use Leonard’s quite often and couldn’t be more pleased! They are always prompt and professional! If we are unable to get to a client they are always our recommendation!

Called for shingle repair and vent install. Sent a guy out who said he'd call back with an estimate. Waited a week then called and asked the lady if she new how much longer before he would have the estimate ready. She acted bothered that I would ask such a thing and said in a very rude tone "Sir I have NO IDEA!!" It must be so nice for all these businesses to be so blessed with so many jobs that they can treat customers so poorly and still get rich.

We had water leakage and predetermined the cause, which in a short time Chad Redding found the real issues. Chad is extremely professional and explained what he saw as the problem area at first glance. The way he conducted himself through the inspection, knowledge and response time displays Leonard Roffing to be an outstanding business!! Thank you for your prompt service! I will have more to add when we receive the estimate and we have the repairs completed.

Leonard Roofing replaced the shingle roof on our residence and repaired and then replaced the membrane roof on our building in Downtown Abingdon. We were very happy with their work and recommend them for roofing services.

Very professional, hard working, they do not cut corners and do everything by the book while having fun and carrying on. My home away from home.

They were very nice and worked very hard!! They were also very respectful of my animals. The roof looks amazing! They did not leave a single piece of trash in my yard! They even picked up some trash that had been left by me! It was very easy to get an estimate, and get every thing planned out! I highly recommend this company!

Extremely disappointed and unimpressed by service.

I am the Project Manager of a renovation project at our facility. I also happen to be female. When the Leonard Roofing crew member/leader arrived to my office to check in with me before assessing some roof leaks and providing a quote, I provided him the building schematics. Having seen the leaking first hand, I told him we could walk around and I would point out the leaks in various rooms. Instead of simply stating the schematics would be sufficient for his task, he told me I did not need to walk the building unless I just wanted to skip around, giggle, and tell stories while he worked. Not only was the comment bizarre and unnecessary, it was extremely disrespectful. This attitude and unprofessional behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

Whether Leonard Roofing provides a quality product is to be determined, though I am inclined to entirely disregard companies who employ flippant and misogynistic persons.

Would highly recommend Leonard Roofing, they done an excellent job, very professional and prompt. Best roofing job we have seen.
