This company is on it! From the office folks to the estimator to the technicians, they were prompt, polite, skilled, and communicated so well. I always knew what was going and exactly when someone would be at my house. I appreciated the feedback when we needed to pause the process and let me get something else done to make it outcome even better. The result was that my porch was brought back to its original level after 50 yrs. They did work on cracks in the garage, as well. All excellent work. Many thanks to Logan, Joe, and Bart.

Master Services did an awesome job. The foreman was Julius and the co-foreman was Anthony. They came and did the work and now it looks as if the house was just built with the material already installed! There was no mess, no evidence they were even there other than the outstanding work they did. 100% recommend Master Services!

They were very professional and explained everything in detail ! They were fast even with two of the five man crew off sick they were thorough and took care of everything.

Our rental property has long had a drainage problem because the builder did not install a drainage system for the downspouts. It finally became an issue when a small amount of standing water was discovered in a low spot in the crawlspace during an annual termite inspection. My stepson had used Master Services and suggested I give them a call. Their response was quick, and they laid out a two tier plan that included a dedicated outside system for the downspouts along with a crawlspace drain system with a sump pump in the low spot where the water was collecting. Their crew arrived on a Friday and completed the entire job in one day, and then their electrical team returned on Monday to run two circuits for the sump pump and a dehumidifier which I supplied. All in all, a fast, expertly done job that will eliminate the water problem and improve the value of the property. I plan on enrolling in their annual inspection program I would not hesitate to use their services again should the need arise.

I visited the Kingsport home show and the two women at the booth were very friendly and helpful. We will keep Master Services in mind for future projects!

We had an amazing experience from start to finish with Master Services. Our installation crew arrived early and hit the ground running. They removed debris, old wet etc. insulation, old water heater, encapsulation, provide and installed Sedona dehumidifier, sealed all vents, remove old access door, reframe access door entryway and furnish and install new door.
Our installation team Travis Aaron and Joe went above and beyond providing us with the highest quality professional workmanship They were courteous respectful trustworthy and hard working from the time they arrived until completion of job.

We purchased a home with mold in the basement. The home seller contracted Master Services, however they were not able to take care of the mold until after we moved in. David and Kody were very professional, thorough, and quick! We were very impressed and pleased!

I used Master Services for my 94 year old farm house in Abingdon. The crew worked for about 10 hours installing the basement system. They were all very nice and courteous. The water proofing system is very impressive, very clean. At first I thought the price was too much. But after seeing all the work involved and the speed at which it was done, as well as seeing the finished product, I think the price is about right.

We received our consultation and estimate from Nick Day, who spent several hours with us and addressed all of our concerns. They will price match other companies and although you may have to wait on their services, they are so worth the wait for the quality of work completed and professionalism you receive. The installation professionals called us every day prior to arriving at our home, giving us at least 30 minutes notice. They were pleasant to have in our home and kept us updated very step of the way. We could not be more pleased with the outcome of their work and would highly recommend them to anyone with foundation and basement concerns.

Jacob came out and gave me an solid and fair estimate. The office staff was wonderful to work with, very accurate and professional but also helpful and understanding with the financing. The crew that installed my jacks and beams was knowledgeable, friendly (didn't mind questions :)) and did an excellent finished product!
